This study focuses on the phenomenon of child labour, which is regarded as a problem not only in Iraq or in developing countries but also in many other countries around the world .In fact, this problem is ignored and not given enough attention for there are millions of children working and doing different works in economically poor societies. Those children often work for long hours and are being exploited, doing works incompatible with their abilities and energy, preventing them from enjoying their childhood, developing both mentally and physically and joining school. The research introduced some suggestions aiming at preventing children from all forms of harmful and unhealthy works are presented. In fact, this is the very aim that most governments try to achieve in order to prevent children from doing such works and to provide some serious alternatives as not to return to such works again.
This article introduces the concept of finitely null-additive set function relative to the σ– ring and many properties of this concept have been discussed. Furthermore, to introduce and study the notion of finitely weakly null-additive set function relative to the σ– ring as a generalization of some concepts such as measure, countably additive, finitely additive, countably null-additive, countably weakly null-additive and finitely null-additive. As the first result, it has been proved that every finitely null-additive is a finitely weakly null-additive. Finally, the paper introduces a study of the concept of outer measure as a stronger form of finitely weakly null-additive.

The current research aims to recognize the exploratory and confirmatory factorial structure of the test-wiseness scale on a sample of Hama University students, using the descriptive method. Thus, the sample consists of (472) male and female students from the faculties of the University of Hama. Besides, Abu Hashem’s 50 item test-wiseness scale (2008) has been used. The new method is derived using the property of First Same As Last (FSAL). We analyzed the stability of our method. This study examines experimentally the performance of a horizontal triple concentric tube heat exchanger TCTHE made of copper metal using water as cooling fluid and oil-40 as hot fluid. Hot fluid enters the inner annular tube of the TCTHE in a direction at a temperature of 50, 60 and 70 oC and a flow rate of 20 l/hr. On the other hand, the cooling fluid enters the inner tube and the outer annular tube in the reverse direction (counter current flow) at a temperature of 25 oC and flow rates of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 l/hr. This research aims to identify the factors effecting the investigation of insurance fraud from the perspective of the National Insurance Company employees, by analyzing the study variables and make recommendations on how to enhance the company and employees performance, and to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses a questionnaire was designed after referring to the international standards and the 1969 Iraqi punishment law, and it was answered by 20 employees that were approved for the purposes of this research and analysis.
The study found that lack of employee training was a strong factor, while the supervisory staff and operational procedures was a weak one.
