This research has focused on the concept of quality according to the following themes: History, and the concept of total quality in Islam, and the stages of evolution of the concept of quality, and terms of quality, the most prominent pioneers of quality, axes of the overall quality of university education, and curriculum and overall quality. He then discussed how the researcher turned the concept of quality from industry to education, and the concept of total quality in education in general and in higher education in particular.
