That beliefs of self-efficacy is a dimension of personal, means the ability to overcome the tasks and challenging problems facing the individual, it is paying the person for the selection of requirements and decisions on strategies to overcome the problems, as well as affect the efforts and the extent of material consumption and summarized the research problem in the study of subject important is the beliefs of self-sufficiency that are related to the behavior of students and their problems and their ability to solve them. The research aims to build a measure of the beliefs of competence, and measured then you know the differences between males and females. applied the yardstick by which the researcher built on a sample of (300) students by (150) for both males and females and found that beliefs sufficiently below average among the students of the university was also found that defense between males and females in the beliefs of self-sufficiency.
The aim of this study was to assess the nutrition status for students samples at the age of 18- 35 years, these samples were taken from Karbala university, 142 of them were male and 318 were female. Date on weight, height and body mass index (BMI) were determined for each individual. This samples were taken in order to record their nutritional behavior and daily food intake during the 24 hours prior to the visit through personal meeting using special questionnaire. The results showed that the weight and the height were within the range of the people of neighboring Arab countries, who are in the same age. This investigation was carrid out to utilize whey and rice in manufacturing nutritious product with therapeutic virtue . The rice cooked with whey in a ratio 1:10 w/w, then the product was fermented by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) starters that comprise each Lb.acidophilus (Lb.a),Lb.casie(Lb.c) and their mixes at ratios: 1a:1c ;2a:1c ; 1a;2c .
