The family is considered one of the most important social institutions which has a
strong and clear effect on the child in forming his personality through the process
of social upbringing which works on transforming the child from a merely
biological being into an individual who has customs and traditions and the behavior
of the group to which he belongs, and till now there is no social organization or
institution that can do this process not even in partial way like the family
.Therefore depriving the child of his parents leads to depriving him of the normal
chances of growth which relate to his age stage and thus this shortcoming is hard to
treat and based on the preceding the current research aimed at the following:
((Knowing the level of the leadership behavior in the orphan pupils in comparison
to their normal peers))
And the researcher concluded through the results of the research that the normal
pupils have a leadership behavior more than the orphan pupils .Therefore the
researcher recommends urging the parents or who take their place to take care in
the development of the child's personality and providing the necessary safety and
care to the orphan child, and making symposiums with the cultural cautioning of
the media aiming at directing the parents and who takes their place about how to
deal with the orphan child.
1- The degree of self-control of the educational counselors.
2- The level of work pressures that educational counselors are exposed to from their point of view.
3- The significance of the differences in the degree of self-control and work pressures according to the gender variable (male / female).
4- The relationship between self-control and work stress for the sample as a whole.
The current research was limited to educational counselors of both sexes in Anbar Governorate, Ramadi District, affiliated to the Anbar Education Directorate. The sample consisted of (400) male and female students at al Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2018/2019). The results of the study showed that there are differences in innovative thinking and cognitive inhibition according to the gender variable in favor of males.
