Preparing teacher occupies the attention of many thinkers and philosophers since the age of
kaldinics ( people of mesoptam / 2342 pH ) to the Islamic age where moslems philosophers
focus their attention on thought and philosophy where the philosophy of that teaching
depends on : teacher , student and family begin .
So , the issue of preparing and training teacher occupies the attention of education scientists
depending on his vital and important role in implementing of teaching policies in philosophies
and Islamic educational thought , therefore , the preparing and development of the teacher
regards as one of the basics of teaching development because of its importance in
development of teaching performance and the industrial development is the key of acquiring
academic skills by the teacher by direct activities of the formal training programs or by self
teaching technique .
Teacher regards one of the most important agents of educational process because he has the
ability of achieving the teaching goals and development of the skills of students by arranging
the teaching process and using its teaching techniques and recognizing the students needs and their thinking ways and recognizing the aims of education in development of society where
teacher known as ( the one who teaches students ,the bridge connecting the school and society
, holder of message which make him special one in society where some people make him as a
prophet and the one who owns the wide educational abilities helping him in recognizing the
goals and the matters and the best using of the methods of teaching where we can call him as
an engineer of educational process and finally as decision maker .
The ability of coping with rapid new technology depends on the teacher who has the ability
of teaching the new methods and strategies of teaching and their application where he can
transfer this thought to his students by using the educational teaching methods, so, the
educational teaching is not as soft wares or interesting devices but a teacher owns the
specification which help him in applying the techniques in educational process.
The present paper aims at recognizing the importance of active teacher and his role in the
development of curriculums by using educational technology, the paper reaches at results and
recommendation.
A field experiment is conducted to study the effect of different levels of peat (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 Mg ha-1 to uncropped and cropped soil to wheat. Soil samples are taken in different period of time (0, 3, 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 days after cultivation to determine (NaHCO3-Exteractable P at 3 different depths (0-10, 10-20, and 20-30 cm). Field Experiment is conducted in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with four replicates. Wheat, Al-Rasheed variety, is cultivated as a testing crop. The entire field is equally dived in two divisions. One of the two divisions is cultivated to wheat and the second is left uncropped. This study is concerned with the recent changes that occurred in the last three years (2017-2019) in the marshes region in southern Iraq as a result of the changes in the global climate, the study included all the water bodies in the five governorates that are located in the southern regions of Iraq (Wasit, Maysan, Dhi-Qar, Qadisiyah and Basrah), which represent the marshes lands in Iraq. Scenes of the Landsat 8 satellite are used to create a mosaic to cover the five governorates within a time window with the slightest difference between the date of the scene capture, not to exceed 8 days. Distribution of light intensity in the flat photobioreactor for microalgae cultivation as a step design for production of bio-renewable energy was addressed in the current study. Five sizes of bioreactors with specific distances from the main light source were adopted as independent variables in experiential design model. The results showed that the bioreactor’s location according to the light source, determines the nature of light intensity distribution in the reactor body. However, the cross-section area plays an important role in determining the suitable location of reactor to achieve required light homogeneity. This area could change even the expected response of the light passing through the reactor if Beer-Lambert's law is adopted.

as percentage of the body weight. The percent mean weights of testis were at their minimal
weight (0.255%) during April (spawning period).
