The literary aspect of any text reveals when it used The inspiration language
which reveals the creative aspect of language for the creator (writer) he in turn
will seek for the best choice from these aspects then, he will distribute them due
to their intention, and according to the their context
Thus, propagandistic text contains many moral features which the language
accord to thus , we found that the morning (dua al asbah)is full of creative
literary manifestations through many abstentions which happened in different
structures that contain the text, especially in structure of metaphor, and contrast.
we found many outstanding gaps and abstentions in these are given life, matter
that gives the text the most literary features
In the contrast structure, it works apparently to observe differences between
things, but in its depth, the familiarity and integration appear between differences.
In the constructive structure ,the abstention appears through praying
structure ,which refrain from imperative structure because it consist the request
from the lower to the upper though the imperative structure, originally contains
the request from the upper to the lower. the interrogative structure has deviated
from its ordinary context which mean asking for some thing unknown, and the
interrogative appears in the praying text has refrained from determination.
The rhymed prose structure appears as giving the required rhythm for the
text and supports with vocal in aspiration ,the rhymed prose is intensively used
which made the text reflected the approached meanings.
- The problem of infertility considers one of the chronic problem a which faced the
individual & families equally . This problem causes a negative effects in psychological ,
social and development fields. The infertility contributes in weakening the human
development, when the human development has become as a centre point which centered
about individual preparing , rehabilitation, training and knowledge toreach to the required
excellence.
We think that , the infertility destroys the socially development; therefore the socially and
scientific institutions are working hard to find successful solution to resolve the problem
infertility through sophisticated and scientific methods. This problem

The principle of citizenship has international dimensions that affect the application of the principle, such as the structure of the international system, and the control of the concepts of globalization, international organizations which played an important role in the consolidation of this principle.
The problem of the study revolves around the effects of international variables on the principle of citizenship in Kuwait during the period 1991-2018.
The study used several indicators, such as: the rule of law, achieving the principle of separation of powers, the right to form parties, the application of the law of nationality, and racial discrimination, women's rights, and freedom of expression.
This research investigates the engagement of the Iraqi audience with ethnographic programs and their impact on knowledge enhancement and intellectual perspectives. A questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions was designed and administered to a purposive sample of 400 participants who exclusively follow ethnographic programs and documentary channels. The data were transcribed and subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS software to ensure reliability and test hypotheses. The findings revealed that Al Jazeera Documentary Channel had the highest viewership percentage among respondents for ethnographic programs, while DW (Deutsche Welle) had the lowest viewership percentage. This research paper is about synoptic climate specifically with in the upper air layers
using upper air layers maps analysis which are maps of thickness for the level 1000 – 500
MB, that their high average ranges between 100 – 5600 M above surface. This research paper
focuses on studying special and temporal variations of the atmosphere thickness above Iraqaccording
to this study, it is concluded that atmosphere thickness above Iraq increases
towards south with an average of 100 M as compared with north of Iraq. Regarding the
temporal variations, it is concluded that atmosphere thickness during hot months. In July, for

In this paper, we will provide a proposed method to estimate missing values for the Explanatory variables for Non-Parametric Multiple Regression Model and compare it with the Imputation Arithmetic mean Method, The basis of the idea of this method was based on how to employ the causal relationship between the variables in finding an efficient estimate of the missing value, we rely on the use of the Kernel estimate by Nadaraya – Watson Estimator , and on Least Squared Cross Validation (LSCV) to estimate the Bandwidth, and we use the simulation study to compare between the two methods.
