Impact of Computer on Human Health

As computers become part of our everyday life, more and more people are experiencing a
variety of ocular symptoms related to computer use. These include eyestrain, tired eyes, irritation,
redness, blurred vision, and double vision, collectively referred to as computer vision syndrome.
The effect of CVS to the body such as back and shoulder pain, wrist problem and neck pain.
Many risk factors are identified in this paper.
Primary prevention strategies have largely been confined to addressing environmental
exposure to ergonomic risk factors, since to date, no clear cause for this work-related neck pain
has been acknowledged. Today, millions of children use computers on a daily basis. Extensive
viewing of the computer screen can lead to eye discomfort, fatigue, blurred vision and headaches,
dry eyes and other symptoms of eyestrain. These symptoms may be caused by poor lighting,
glare, an improper work station set-up, vision problems of which the person was not previously
aware, or a combination of these factors. Children can experience many of the same symptoms
related to computer use as adults. However, some unique aspects of how children use computers
may make them more susceptible than adults to the development of these problems.
In this research we took the adult and children as a case study, questioner are made to rich this
research and finally some preventions are listed to immune from the impact of computer..

Effect of CuI concentration on structural and optical properties of PVA: CuI nanocomposites

nanoparticles and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA/CuI) with different
concentration of CuI were obtained using casting technique.
PVA/CuI polymer composite samples have been prepared and
subjected to characterizations using FTIR spectroscopy, The FTIR
spectral analysis shows remarkable variation of the absorption peak
positions with increasing CuI concentration. The obtained results by
X-ray diffraction indicated the formation of cubic CuI particles. The
effects of CuI concentrations on the optical properties of the PVA

Study the effect of acid immersion on the hardness of (Epoxy – Granite) composite

This work has been done with using of epoxy resin mixed with Granite powder were weighted by percent volume (5,10,15, and 20)%and then mixed with epoxy polymer to compose polymer composite. Hand lay-up technique is used in fabrication of the composite samples. Hardness test was carried out for the proper samples in both normal condition and after immersion in HCL (1 M and 2 M) solutions for periods ranging up to 10 weeks. After comparing the results between the polymer and their composite, the hardness increased with increasing Granite weight percent, it was found that Hardness were greater for the composites before immersion compared with their values after immersion.

The influence of prey density on the numerical response of Chrysoperla mutata MacLachlan

The numerical response of Chrysoperla mutata MacLachlan was achieved by exposing the larvae of the predators to various densities of dubas nymphs Ommatissus lybicus DeBerg. Survival rate of predators’ larvae and adults emergence increased with increasing consumption . Repriductive response of predator was highly correlated with the amount of food consumed (+0.996).

Effect of Subinhibitory concentration of Antibiotic on Bacterial Adherence to Orthopedic Prosthetic Device

The effect of subinhibitory concentration of Antibiotics on the Adherence of S.aureus (Coagulase Positive Staphylococci), and S.epidermidis (Coagulase negative Staphylococci) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter cloacae, Citobacter freundi (Gram negative bacteria) was done and the results revealed that Rifampicin was the best antibiotic inhibiting Staphylococci adherence and Vancomycin has less effect on the adherence of Staphylococci, whereas Tetracyclin was the best antibiotic inhbiting Gram negative bacteria adherence and Amikacin has the lest less effect on inhibiting bacterial adherence.

The Effect of Sodium Propionate on Microorganism and Self life of Laboratory Biscuit

This study has been conducted to examin the effect of sodium propionate at different level of 0.03,0.06,0.10% on the number of bacteria and mold and to extend the storage life of laboratory processed biscuit. The results indicated that the use of 0.10% sodium propionate prolonged the storage peroid until the third month, while the use of 0.20% sodium propionate showed no growth of bacteria up to six month of storage, three types of bacteria has been isolated from processed biscuit, namely, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Esherichia coli. using 0.10% sodium propionate showed no growth of mold up to three month of storage ,while using of 0.15 % and 0.20% sodium propionate prevent the growth
