targeted current research to identify patterns of parental care(mothers), followed by
parents(mothers) with their children and find differences in care depending on the type of sex
(male, female) and find the relationship between patterns of parental care(mothers) and social
phobia at (300) children from the children Riyadh governmental and private organizations in
the city of Baghdad for the academic year (2011-2012) and the results indicate that the style
most often used is to control and control and that this technique the most powerful fear of
social relationship.
This research investigates the engagement of the Iraqi audience with ethnographic programs and their impact on knowledge enhancement and intellectual perspectives. A questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions was designed and administered to a purposive sample of 400 participants who exclusively follow ethnographic programs and documentary channels. The data were transcribed and subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS software to ensure reliability and test hypotheses. The findings revealed that Al Jazeera Documentary Channel had the highest viewership percentage among respondents for ethnographic programs, while DW (Deutsche Welle) had the lowest viewership percentage. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss).
