the city of Baghdad for the academic year (2011-2012) and the results indicate that the style

The purposes of this study are to measure masculine's identification among secondary school students, and to examine the significant differences among secondary school students in respect of students age (16-18) year. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire comprised (25) item to measure masculine identification among students: this scale was applied on (100) student who were selected as a sample from four different school at al-rusafa side in Baghdad. The scale then modified to (23) item to be more consistent. The results revealed that there were no significant differences among students based on the variable of age, and the mean of masculine identification showed a high level than the hypothesized mean.

The current research aims to identify psychological resilience among middle school students. a sample of (300) male and female students was chosen from Al- Azmaa Intermediate School for Boys and Ohran Intermediate School for Girls, It is affiliated with the second Rusafa Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted a scale of Luthar & Cicchetti (2000) to measure psychological resilience. The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.
