Islam has paid great deal of attention to land issue where has been
considered most resources for providing Muslims with water and food and
building on that we notice that the Islamic government worked hardly to give
attention ton the land especially newly included under control of Muslims
especially that they had got with out fighting or bloodshed but had been
included via reconciliation with the landlords so the Muslims had share in that
would be taken either in cash or in materials in a value would be differentiated
following several issues like type of harvest and method of watering the land
and religion of the landlords.
So Muslims had listed laws and rules that enable them typical investment
for that lands , Due to importance of the topic we had taken that in research
Chronological history taking in mine the policies of that different Islamic
governments towards that lands that had been gained in reconciliation by
Muslims with caring that these political disagreements meant with caring to
high interests of Islamic state and to keep the Arabs as warrior nation without
caring to agriculture, But to keep landlords on their lands , as well as
maintaining stable financial source for Islamic state and to preserves on
interests of next generations in that lands without keeping that lands under
custody of a certain Muslims category , Also the Islamic government was
careful that he who would undertake farming land is the most acknowledged
in farming it and most capable rather than others , This proves that Muslims
were careful to adopt correct policies towards agricultural lands and it's big
importance in public life of Muslims.

The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.

The ethyl acetate synthesis via heterogeneous reactive distillation is studied experimentally using ethanol and acetic acid. Three types of cation exchanging resins were used as catalysts: Zerolit 225, Zerolit 226 and Ambylite 400. Experiments were carried out in two units of the same dimensions. Each unit consisted of three sections: rectifying, reactive and stripping sections of heights (60+25+20) cm respectively and 2.5cm column diameter. The first unit (column-A-) was a fractionation type and the second unit (column-B-) was packed column. Genus Salix is among family Salicaceae, distributing in the northern hemisphere. It is represented in Egypt by two species (Salix mucronata and Salix tetrasperma). The classification of Salix at the generic and infra-generic levels is still outstanding. We have agreed to list the Egyptian species of this genus. We collected them during field trips to most Egyptian habitats; fresh and herbarium specimens were subjected to taxonomic revision based on morphological characters; scanning electron microscope (SEM) for pollen grains; isozyme analysis using esterase and peroxidase enzymes and genetic diversity using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). The research studies the melody and rhythmic characteristics in the songs of the Baghdadi quartet, as it is a type of popular singing in Iraq, reviewing its origins, social purposes, special and public events in which it is performed. The methodological framework included the problem of the research, the need for it, its importance, its purpose, and the limits of the research which included the objective limit: the songs of the Baghdadi quartet, the spatial limit: the city of Baghdad and the temporal limit (1960-1980) and identifying the terms included in the research.
The theoretical framework consisted of three items: the first is the popular singing, the second is the Iraqi popular singing and the third is the Baghdadi quartet. It
