Abstract

The current research aims to construct a scale for the nine types of students’ personality according to Rob Fitzel model. To do this, (162) items were formed that present the nine types of personality with (18) items for each type. To test the validity of the scale, a sample of (584) students of Al-Mustansrya University were chosen. The data of their responses was analyzed by using factor analysis. The findings explored (9) factors as one factor for each type of personality with (12) items for each one. Then, the reliability of the scale was found by using the test-retest method and Alfa Cronbach method.

الملخص : يعد السلوك التوكيدي من السلوكيات الضرورية للإنسان خصوصاً في مرحلة الطفولة لأنها هي مرحلة تكوين الشخصية وترسيخها لديهم ولأن الطفل الذي يفتقد السلوك التوكيدي، سوف يفشل في التعبير عن مشاعره وآراءه وهذه تشكل مشكلة خصوصاً في السنوات الأخيرة أذ قلت المبادئ والأخلاق الحميدة بسبب التغيرات التي طرأت على شعبنا التي لابد على الوالدين من تلافيها والسيطرة على التلميذ وتزويده بالحب والعاطفة وأشعاره بأنه محبوب

The importance of research is to be considered by highlighting the tax policy in Iraq which extended for successive measurement of the amount of tax receipts for respective periods, the research problem represents security, economic and political issues that Iraq suffered which were very difficult since Nineties of the last century until now that led to a lake of clarity in tax policy trends, volatility in it and finally reflected on the tax revenues increase or decrease. The current study aimed to identify the role of the theatrical technical supervisor in developing and enhancing the skills of middle school students in Baghdad. The sample consisted of 73% of the original community of theatrical technical supervisors, randomly selected from those working in the first, second, and third educational directorates in the Rassafa and Karkh areas. This paper deals with load-deflection behavior the jointed plain concrete pavement system using steel dowel bars as a mechanism to transmit load across the expansion joints. Experimentally, four models of the jointed plain concrete pavement system were made, each model consists of two slabs of plain concrete that connected together across expansion by two dowel bars and the concrete slab were supported by the subgrade soil.
