The study involves removing of [Alizarin Red S (ARS) and Alizarin yellow R (AYR)] by using Iraqi Siliceous Rocks Powder (SRP). Adsorption isotherms were studied and the factors which influence it, such as temperature and salt effect. Adsorption isotherms of (ARS) were found to be comparable to Temkin equation. The fauna of bees (Hymenoptera, Apoidea) from different regions of Iraq is surveyed in this study; there were 16 species, 13 genera that belong to four families which are collected in this investigation.
Also, all the species that are recorded for Iraq in previous investigations are revised; totally there are 110 species, 32 genera belonging to five families: Apidae, Andernidae, Colletidae, Halictidae and Megachilidae were listed.

The present study attempts to determine the effect of freezing for different periods on preserved bodies of fish in the laboratory to keep for the research and diagnosis of taxonomic studies and not for consumption.
