The )Resalat Al-Gofran) which means to Abi Ala Al-Ma'arri is included in the studies of prose in Arabic literature. The study of the "Message of Forgiveness" was passed in two stages. The first is the traditional linguistic study, specifically the rhetorical one. The second study, which took place in the sixties of the last century, was conducted in the light of comparative literary studies, after Dr. Taha Hussein summarized this letter and rid it of its complex language and after Dr. Bent Shati achieved it. Dr. Lewis Awad relied on her study in the light of comparative studies, Which appeared in Europe in the modern era and was able to discover similarities between them and the old texts that dealt with the subject of "literature of the brotherhood," as called Lewis Awad, has made comparisons with the texts that included this type of literature, compared with (Odyssey) And with (alias) to Virgil Not only did (Lewis Awad) compare these with the texts that preceded (the message of forgiveness), but the impact of (the message of forgiveness) on the divine comedy of Dante or the so-called hell Dante, and add to it another narrative text published in Egypt in the early sixties, a novel(Maasat condom real) to Ahmad Mahmoud al-Zubairi, the well-known Yemeni poet and writer, which narrates and dialogues in the past and in Paradise specifically, as well as images of its scenes with the martyrs and friends, The characters known to Zubairi.
This study is based on a European theory that emerged in the second half of the 81th century. It is a modern theory that combines the theory of comparative literature with the structural and stylistic theory. One era to another in a single civilization or between different world civilizations, a theory that deals with the intellectual, literary and artistic creative trends and races from one era to the next and from generation to generation and from one civilization to another. A total of 54 abu mullet Planiliza abu (Heckel, 1843) were collected from two stations (north and south stations) along the Euphrates River near Samawa City, Al-Muthanna province and were examined during the period from October 2016 till September 2017 for parasites. Six out of 35 examined fishes from the north station (17.1%) and one out of 19 examined fishes (5.3%) from south station were infected with the microcotylid Solostamenides paucitesticulatus Kritsky & Öktener, 2015. The parasite was illustrated and described, and it is considered as a new record for the parasitic fauna of fishes of Iraq.

The Mesopotamian marshlands faced a massive destruction from many years and this lead to effect to ecosystem. In this study a survey was made on the physical chemical and heavy metals characteristics and microbiological analysis of AL Chibaish marsh during the two months. Water analyses revealed unacceptable values for almost all physiochemical and biological properties, according to WHO standard limits for drinking water. Almost all major ions and heavy metal concentrations in water showed a distinct decreasing trend at the marsh outlet station compared to other stations. There is a theoretical controversy in the books of Usul al-Fiqh, in the past and the present, about whether the ruling should be attached to its reason (al-Hikmah), or its apparent and stable cause (al-Illah). Looking at the practical cases of the jurists, we found them sometimes attaching rulings to its reason, and sometimes to its cause, so there is a need to know the factors that affect their choices. By extrapolation, the researcher reached at nine factors that affect referring the ruling to its cause or to its reason in jurisprudential cases.
