Al-Yaqubi was biased in favor of Shia. May be du to his choice of source, materials. All historians as with other human beings are biased in their attitudes and preconceptions in one degree or another as well as in one direction or another.
The choice of source materials, their nature and the use made of them is an important index for measuring the achievement of ang historian.
Several specific questions arise. What sources did author use that were either unknown to or were not employed by his predecessors and contemporaries for whatever reason?
What sources are common to al- Yaqubi and his colleagues among the early Arab historians and what evidence of tendentiousness can be ascert- ained in these? To what extent can the author's tend be attributed to his selection of sources materials to the way in which he manipulated these? Answers to some of these questions should help to clarify the Relationship between al-Yaqubi's work and those of his historical confreres.

Show MoreThis study was carried out in the bee laboratory in the Faculty of Agriculture –University of Kufa in September 2021 to evaluate some protein sources and hive products against the oriental hornet Vespa orientalis Linnaeus 1771 (Hymenoptera: Vespidae). The food sources included: beef meat, gut fish, beef lung, honeybee, wax, propolis, pollen, bee worker, and water, in addition to control which was an empty petri dish. The number of visits and their duration were calculated. The results showed that the wasps preferred bee honey and wax significantly higher than the rest of the stimuli.
A total of 172 clinical were obtained over 6 months. Klebsiella spp. was detected in 58 (33.7%) samples with a high percentage 29 (50%) in urine in female and low percentage 1(1.7%) in pus and burn swabs in male, and the vaginal swab was 1(1.7%). The female to male ratio was 3.1:1. PCR detection showed that 51(87.93%) out of 58 produce 108 bp. product with rpoB specific primer that represented K. pneumonia. In the present study, the growth and total lipid contents of two oleaginous fungal isolates Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus fumigatus were compared in different nitrogen and organic carbon sources. Artificially the fungi were cultured on media consisting of various mono- or di- or polysaccharides and peptone or yeast extract as elementary sources for carbon and nitrogen, respectively.
