The research talked about one of the important social subject that care public so cities which is .
This subject deals with three subdivisions papers :-
The first one deals with the reasons of unemployment mentioned the definition of it in addition to make a comparison between it and inertia . then talked specially about unemployment that had got in our wounded country become of wars in it .
It had a branch talked about in Islamic society .
The second one deals with the negative results of unemployment specially economic , moral and social with their roles in spreading negative phenomenon in our society as terrorist , stolen … etc …
The third one deals with the ways of reducing unemployment and trying to limit it , that may achieve under two conditions as crafts unemployment divide the jobs according to purifying in work but it is also spread .
Whereas the other one is the ways of unemployment of graduation in Iraq

this research aims it measure the technical efficiency of the branches of the General Company for Land Transport, That scattered geographically at country level, by Data Envelopment analysis (DEA) technique, as this technique relies on measuring the efficiency of a set of asymmetric Decision making units, which is one of the nonparametric mathematical methods for and application related to Linear Programming, and this is what helps the General Company for Land Transport to diagnose its branches performance by benchmarking with each other and determine the performance gap. The research found that there is variation in the level of efficiency in the company's branches

It was observed that the assembly line of engine was unstable and subject to severe fluctuations. In addition the execution of tasks at some stations was observed to be very fast while at other stations was slow. This phenomenon resulted into bottlenecks between workstations, idle time, and work in process. This research was carried out to study the effect of plants on the wetted area for two soil types in Iraq and predict an equation to determine the wetted radius and depth for two different soil types cultivated with different types of plants, the wetting patterns for the soils were predicted at every thirty minute for a total irrigation time equal to 3 hr.
