Cooking was of great importance in the Islamic Arabic culture and the
people of Morocco have shown great interest in this aspect and also in the
variety in the making of food. They used all kinds of meat of and have shown
interest in preserving and distributing it .The people of Morocco used the
additives in their cooking such as salt, saffron and many other kinds to add
special flavor and taste and their cooking a distinctive flavor.
Sweet and pastry, in addition to the drinks, represented another aspect of the
Moroccan kitchen. At that time women were brought as slaves from Sudan
and as a result they brought their experience in the making of sweets and
pastry with them to Morocco, they used sugar, fat, wheat in addition to
different kinds of nuts.
In order to keep the high standard of food there was a quality control
over food at that time and the owner of the market place was in charge of the
quality of food, the cooking place and its cleanliness and they were also in
charge of punishing the swindlers.
The article discusses the spatial analysis of the chemical soil properties that is a key component of the agriculture ecosystem based on satellite images. The main objective of the present study is to measure the chemical soil properties (total dissolved salts (TDS), Electrical conductivity (EC), PH, and) and the spatial variability. On 13 November 2020 (wet season), a total of 12 soil samples were collected in the field through random sampling in the Sanam mountain-Al Zubair region south of Basra province, to contain its soil samples components of minerals and precious elements such as silica and sulfur. This study deals with examining UCAS students’ attitudes in Gaza towards learning Arabic grammar online during the Corona pandemic. The researcher has adopted a descriptive approach and used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The results of the study have statistically shown significant differences at the level of "0.01" between the average scores of students in favor of the students of the humanities specializations. It has also been found that the students’ attitudes at the Department of Humanities and Media towards learning Arabic grammar online are positive.
