ولد ابو بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي في الري سنة 250هـ (864م) وتعمق في الطب والكيمياء والفلك والأدب والفلسفة وهو أحد مشاهير الاطباء في زمانه وهذا هو السبب الذي دعاه لأن يتنقل من بلاط الى اَخر , ولم ينعم بالأستقرار في حياته بالنظر الى تقلب الأهواء والاُمراء وأضطراب الأحوال السياسية . قام برحلات كثيرة , وعهدت اليه ادارة بيمارستان ( مصح ومشفى ) الري ثم قام  بهذه المهمة نفسها في بغداد.

This paper proposed a new  method to study functional non-parametric regression data analysis with conditional expectation in the case that the covariates  are functional and the Principal Component Analysis was utilized to de-correlate the multivariate response variables.       The present paper discusses one of the most important Russian linguistic features of Arabic origin Russian lexes denoting some religious worship or some political and social positions like Qadi, Wally, Sultan, Alam, Ruler, Caliph, Amir, Fakih, Mufti, Sharif, Ayatollah, Sheikh.. etc.  A lexical analysis of the two of the most efficient and most used words of Arabic origin Russian lexes that are “Caliph and Sheikh” is considered in the present study. The lexicographic analysis of these words makes it possible to identify controversial issues related to their etymology and semantic development.

This research aims to identify the role of external environment factors on the quality of educational services, from the academic point of view, where the distribution of a questionnaire to a random sample of (100) university professors, and then analyzing a model, and test the validity of this model using structural modeling (SEM) (Structural Equation Modeling).
And then test the relationships between variables using the software of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V.18), the research found a number of conclusions, the most important conclusion is: the external environment factors has significant impact on the quality of educational services.

A new design of manifold flow injection (FI) coupling with a merging zone technique was studied for sulfamethoxazole determination spectrophotometrically.
