Such a disciplinedemands comprehensive knowledge in various fields to reach the most valid results that help reveal significant aspects of the cultural heritage since such a process is an ethical responsibility .Therefore, the editor has to be patient and honest in correcting mistakes, choosing the most acceptable narration and pinpointing the additions and differences as well as other requirements of serious editing.

 Fusobacterium are compulsory anaerobic gram-negative bacteria, long thin with pointed ends, it causes several illnesses to humans like pocket lesion gingivitis and periodontal disease; therefore our study is constructed on molecular identification and detection of the fadA gene which is responsible for bacterial biofilm formation. In this study, 10.2% Fusobacterium spp. were isolated from pocket lesion gingivitis. The isolates underwent identification depending on several tests under anaerobic conditions and biochemical reactions. Prediction of Equilibrium Mixing Index and Optimum Mixing Time for Three solid materials in Fluidized Column

     Equilibrium and rate of mixing of free flowing solid materials are found using gas fluidized bed. The solid materials were sand (size 0.7 mm), sugar (size0.7 mm) and 15% cast iron used as a tracer. The fluidizing gas was air with velocity ranged from 0.45-0.65 m/s while the mixing time was up to 10 minutes. The mixing index for each experiment was calculated by averaging the results of 10 samples taken from different radial and axial positions in fluidized QVF column 150 mm ID and 900 mm height.
