Abstract. Geographical and remote sensing, which gave a picture of the change in the area of agricultural land in the study area for selected years (1980, 1990, 2000, 2010, 2020). In this research , we study the inverse Gompertz distribution (IG) and estimate the survival function of the distribution , and the survival function was evaluated using three methods (the Maximum likelihood, least squares, and percentiles estimators) and choosing the best method estimation ,as it was found that the best method for estimating the survival function is the squares-least method because it has the lowest IMSE and for all sample sizes

The demarcation in general and maritime borders in particular is an important process between any two states to define their respective regional Borders and their economic resources. This research is focused on the way in which demarcation took place between Iraq's maritime borders on the one hand and the Kuwaiti side on the other.
