الغلط في القانون الانجليزي على انواع ثلاثة (غلط مشترك Common mistake ) يقع فيه الطرفان مع علم كل منهما بنية الآخر ويقبلها دون ان يشوب الاتفاق نقص او يعتريه تحفظ ، و(غلط من الجانبين Mutual mistake) يكون كل متعاقد واقعا في غلط فيما يتعلق بما قصده الآخر، فيقدم كل منهما عرضاً مخالفاً للآخر و(غلط من جانب واحدUnliteral mistake ) يقع فيه احد المتعاقدين فقط ويكون المتعاقد الآخر اما عالماً بالغلط او يفترض انه عالم به . فإذا دفع احد المتعاقدين

        يأخذ هذا النوع من الدراسات أهميته في مجال الدراسات التاريخية لاسيما انه يقوم على أساس البحث والتقصي عن بعض الظواهر في المعاجم كونها  تمثل المصدر الأساسي الذي وجدنا فيه الجزء الأعظم من  تلك المادة المفقودة لكتاب النبات لابو حنيفة الدينوري.

Since her early beginning in 1974 in her novel "Les armoires vides", Annie Ernaux writing about life in all its various aspects remained her main goal. Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) is one of the most economically important species of the family Lamiaceae. Rosemary extract was examined by applying 2.2-diphenyl-1- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging assays. The result proved that rosemary extract had a higher antioxidant activity by absorption at a wavelength of 517a nm by using three different concentrations (0.5, 1.0 and 3) mg/ml which performed the absorbance at (2. 314, 0. 211 and 0.296) nm in comparison with control (21.8, 92.2 and 90) nm respectively. The genus Ziziphus is one of the Family Rhamnaceae and consists of more than 170 species distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. All the species in the genus are of economical and medical importance. This study was conducted to identify the morphologically and anatomically features of the genus in Iraq.  The field survey was conducted across the study area where 4 species (Ziziphus jujube, Z. mauritiana, Z. nummularia and Z. spina-christi) were collected and used in the study.  The result showed that there is variation in morphological and anatomical features among the species in the stem cross-section and longitudinal section of leaves also the differences appeared in the epidermis of leaves.

Breast cancer (BC) is the most prevalent tract cancer in the world, including Iraq. The classified breast tumors to benign, malignant, and radiotherapy. Cancer treatment depends on certain stages such as mastectomy then chemotherapy alone or with radiation therapy or endocrine therapy according to the prognostic features obtained from the pathology report. The present study included 100 females. The women were split into two groups, control group that consisted of 50 apparently healthy females and 50 patients with BC group who undergo the radiotherapy.
