Abstract:
Humanitarian intervention has taken different forms included within the
peaceful and military means to stop the human suffering, whether caused by
natural disaster or humanitarian disasters.
Intervention can not be acquitted because it carries with it political cover,
but sometimes it may be legitimate cover for the occupation and the violation
of sovereignty. Therefore, the research worked to capture the legal and
political aspects of international law and the role of international organizations
to intervene and the right to use force.
The research concludes that international law had not been fairly
successful in controlling the behavior of some countries in the use of force,
and that there is a gap between theory and actual practice of States in this
area. Therefore, international law set several conditions that must be met by
this intervention to be legitimate. All that was included in this research.
This study describes preparation a new series of tetra-dentate N2O2 dinuclear complexes Cr(III), Co(II)and Cu(II) of the Schiff base 2-[5-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-ylimino]-methyl-naphthalen-1-ol], (LH2) derived from 1-hydroxy-naphthalene-2-carbaldehyde with 2-amino-5-(2-hydroxy-phenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole. These ligands were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, Mass spectra, elemental analysis, and 1H-NMR. The research involved a rapid, automated and highly accurate developed CFIA/MZ technique for estimation of phenylephrine hydrochloride (PHE) in pure, dosage forms and biological sample. This method is based on oxidative coupling reaction of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) with PHE in existence of sodium periodate as oxidizing agent in alkaline medium to form a red colored product at ʎmax )520 nm (. A flow rate of 4.3 mL.min-1 using distilled water as a carrier, the method of FIA proved to be as a sensitive and economic analytical tool for estimation of PHE.
Within the concentration range of 5-300 μg.mL-1, a calibration curve was rectilinear, where the detection limit was 3.252 μg.mL

New metal complexes of the ligand 4-[5-(2-hydoxy-phenyl)-[1,3,4- oxadiazol -2-ylimino methyl]-1,5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydro-pyrazol-3-one (L) with the metal ions Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) were prepared in alcoholic medium. In vivo study was made for the coumpounds 3-(ocetyl Salicyloyl)-5,6-O-isoprpy lideneL-ascorbicocid,2,3-(acetyl Salicyloyl )-5,6-o- isopropylidene-L-ascorbic acid and 2,3,5,6(acetyl Salicyloyl )-L- ascorbic acid .And a measurement was mod for the concentration of the liberated aspirin in blood samples a fter (2,3,4,6,8,10) hours of the initial dose for the animal .The results showed that the highest concentration of aspirin was after four hours of giving the dose to the animal which is in accordance with pharmacokinetics studies

Four samples of the Se55S20Sb15Sn10 alloy were prepared using the melting point method. Samples B, C and D were irradiated with (6.04×1010, 12.08×1010 and 18.12×1010 (n.cm-2s -1 ) of thermal neutron beam from a neutron source (241Am-9Be) respectively, while sample A was left not irradiated. The electrical properties were assessed both before and after the radiation.
