In this research , we tried to identify the meaning empowerment in the development literatures , and inquire the most enabling prominent actions to promote women , as we considered the most important international conferences that take up the subject of women's empowerment .
In the context of research on the subject of empowering women to occupy leadership positions , we tried to diagnose the target of the empowerment , and we clarify the correlation between human development and empowerment of women , also the research touched on the decision (1325) issued by the United Nations , which includes provisions regarding the importance of women participation at all levels in the process of decision-making .
We realized that there are social , cultural and political challenges and stereotypes molds crisis encapsulating the reality of women in Iraq .
So , she needs enable that moves toward the psychological inside to improve her perceptions about herself , and another external that moves towards improving the society perceptions about her.
We have reached a number of recommendations and proposals to change the reality of women to reach a better and brighter reality by the means of education , and raise society awareness of the importance of women's status and her role in society , and instill self-confidence of women in order to be conscious of her rights and have ability to claim those rights .

This work deals with thermal cracking of three samples of extract lubricating oil produced as a by-product from furfural extraction process of lubricating oil base stock in AL-Dura refinery. The thermal cracking processes were carried out at a temperature range of 325-400 ºC and atmospheric pressure by batch laboratory reactor. The distillation of cracking liquid products was achieved by general ASTM distillation (ASTM D -86) for separation of gasoline fraction up to 220 ºC from light cycle oil fraction above 220 ºC. In the current research, a new technique is applied on the previous Bouguer map of gravity surveys (conducted from 1940–1950) of the last century, by selecting certain areas in the South-Western desert of Iraqi-territory within the provinces' administrative boundary of Najaf and Anbar. Klebsiella pneumoniae is a severe opportunistic strain of enteric bacteria that is a major cause of urinary tract infection and pneumonia. This study was conducted in Baghdad City during September 2020-November 2020 on 50 clinical samples of urine, vaginal, sputum, wound swabs, ear swabs, and burn swabs. strains were identified using the VITEK-2 compact system and tested in K. pneumoniae terms of susceptibility to various antimicrobial drugs by Kirby-Bauer test.
