Obesity is a common disease that resulted from over-nutrition in adults and children. It rarely causes damage to the centers of food in the brain. Obesity is defined as an increased body weight from its natural limit which is resulted from the accumulation of excessive amounts of fatty tissue incredibly up to 20% in males, 30 % in females unless this increase is not due to an increase in muscles as in athletes or accumulation of water in the body which is resulted from Mesothelioma or the magnitude of the skeleton.Obesity is the increase of the total average of fat in the body compared to other tissues, which causes an increasing body weight, thereby increasing body mass. The fatty child has an increase in the stored fatty layer under the skin, and increased weight 20%more than the normal weight of other children in the same age and height.
This thesis focuses on identifying showing the relationship between obesity and some of the variables. Moreover, the thesis reflects the importance of maintaining the ideal weight of the child and his role in the growth and health. The evidence shows that children who suffer from obesity are more likely to become fat adults, so they are exposed to increased risk of serious health problems. Hence, protecting children from obesity and treating them is possible through changing lifestyle, improving the child's nutrition system, and urging him to exercise to improve their health at the present time and in the future.
Therefore, the thesis aims: to detect significant differences in obesity for kindergarten children depending on certain variables through the testing hypothesis as followed: Statistically there are no significant differences in obesity with kindergarten children that are attributable to the following variables:
(A)Sex variable.
(B) The sequence of the child in the family..
(C) Dietary habits of the family.
To achieve the objectives of this study, 300 children were selected as samples, 166 males and 134 females. One of the most important tools that were used is:
1 - an electronic device for measuring weight.
2 - Length measuring tape.
3 - Measurement of body mass index (BMI)..
The researcher used in data statistical analysis:
(1) One way Anova.
(2) The T- test for two independent samples: Independent Samples Test.
(3) The real bilateral correlation coefficient (Point Bay Cyril).
The most important results that have been reached:
(1) That females suffer from obesity more than males because the body mass index of females is greater than the body mass index (BMI) for males.
(2) There is no statistically significant difference between the averages of body mass index (BMI) scores for kindergarten children due to the variable of the sequence of the child within his brothers.
(3) There is no statistically significant difference between the averages of body mass index (BMI) scores for obese kindergarten children that is attributed to behavioral tendencies variable of the child.
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in females. In Iraq there are noticeable elevation in incidence rates and prevalence of advanced stages of breast cancer. Ferritin is intracellular iron storage protein abundant in circulation and its main application in differential diagnosis of anemia.
The level of serum ferritin was found raised in various cancers including breast cancer. The aim of this study was to assess whether the serum ferritin concentration would be altered in Iraqi women with breast cancer and it could be related to progression of disease.
Sixty eight females participated in this study. The mean age of these females was 53.25± 9.52 .The level of serum ferritin was measured in 24

It develops when ?- cell of pancreas fail to compensate the diminished insulin sensitivity during gestation. This study aims to investigate the relationship between mother adiponectin level and ?- cell dysfunction with development gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and other parameters in the last trimester of pregnancy. This study includes (80) subjects ( pregnant women) in the third trimester of pregnancy, (40) healthy pregnant individuals as control group aged between (17 - 42) years and (40) gestational diabetes mellitus patients with aged between (20 - 42) years. It was found that there is an alteration in the trace elements concentrations levels associated with some human diseases. This study aimed to investigate the changes in the concentrations of some trace elements (Mg, Fe , Zn, and Cu) in the sera of 60 immunocompetent patients with chronic toxoplasmosis and 82 healthy individuals as a control group. Measuring the serum level of seropositivity rate of anti-T. gondii antibodies was done by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) Kit, while the concentrations of trace elements were measured by absorption spectrophotometry

It is an established cause of stroke in the pediatric age group. Despite its increasing prevalence in various parts of the world, it remains largely underrecognized in the Middle East, particularly in Iraq. This is the first case of MMD in an Iraqi patient undergoing surgery. Case description: A 12-year-old boy presents with a 3-months history of progressive behavioural changes. MRI revealed diffuse infarcts of different ages. MRA and CT angiography revealed extensive asymmetrical steno-occlusive changes of t

That is, the predominant focus is on treating existing symptoms and conditions that bring the patient to healthcare setting. There is no doubt about the significance of this approach for acute conditions, but there is some question whether this is the most efficient and effective way of distributing healthcare for increasing number of diseases and limited resources.
The evidences from everywhere have showed the profound cost benefit of prevention in healthcare practice. Healthy community, therefore, is the ultimate aim in any health services planning. The priority of care giver is shifted now to promote health and prevent

It can impair communication and life quality. OME's direct and indirect costs are also crucial. Improving OME care is crucial. This study examines intranasal mometasone's efficacy in treating otitis media with effusion. A clinical trial study was conducted during a period from January 2021 to June 2022. It included 80 patients suffering from otitis media with effusion bilaterally (160 ears) who had an intact tympanic membrane and tympanometry type B. These patients were included only if they had a hearing change or loss noted by the parents or by the patien
