Crohn’s disease (CD) is a chronic inflammatory disorder. Ustekinumab (UST) is an effective treatment for CD. Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) enhances clinical efficacy while minimizing side effects. This study aimed to evaluate the UST trough level (TL) and anti-drug antibodies (ADAs) and to assess the response of patients with CD to optimize UST treatment. This single-center, cross-sectional study included 76 adult patients with CD receiving maintenance UST for at least 24 weeks. The aim of study was to explore pharmacist insights toward the impact of prospective implementation of the national health insurance program on patients, providers and Iraqi health system.

This was a qualitative study including semi-structured face-to-face (mostly) interviews with experienced pharmacists. The interview guide included open-ended questions about the impact of the national health insurance program on patients and healthcare providers at three levels: quality of services, costs, and frequency of visits. Potential challenges were also discussed. Interviews were conducted in four provinces from March to May 2022. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the interview findings and generate themes and subthemes.

The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of economic, social and institutional factors on adoption within the national program for the propagation of high-rank seeds of wheat crop. 170 questionnaires were collected, 50% of them were participants in the program from Wasit and Babil governorates.
