phenomenon in the Arab women's contemporary literature, but it is rare in Iraqi women's
literature and falls short to the level of the phenomenon until now. Perhaps this is one of the
main reasons that caused the reluctance of researchers to study it, and this is probably the first
academic research in this field.
This research followed the discourse of Autobiography of women in Iraq, depending on the
two factors of charter and reference of the elements of Philippe Lejeune’s definition of the
genre of Autobiography, without focusing on narrative method, so it handled notes,
memories, diaries and biography of the other and counted all under the genre of the
Biography.
It came in three sections, the first followed: The tracks of development of the
Biography of Iraqi womanhood from its inception, and then it followed the kinetics of
development from self-dissolved in community affairs and public to the self that is candidate
to biography of others down to the independent self.The second topic addressed: the definition of the term of Rhetoric of the oppressed
people by Jabir Usfour, and suggested the term (The Rhetoric of the Oppressed women),
explaining the elements that allowed classification of Iraqi women Biographies in its
framework. The research also explained the legality of the study of Biography on the basis of
the sayings of old Arab rhetoric researcher in advantage of Mohammed Omari in the rhetoric
of the Biography.
In the third section the research singled the auto biography of the Iraqi writer Alia
Mamdouh in her book "The Foreigner" issued in 2013, as one of the most prominent
independent model of Biography in a literary form. It also approached the main rhetorical
mechanisms followed by the text- focusing on the rhetoric of textual seuiles in the headline,
the sub-titles and at the preface – Moreover, it focused on techniques that came on the basis of
reading the text and ranking it within the rhetoric of repression, through studying the rhetoric
of fear - that was represented in the genre of the discourse and in the setting up of the
discourse - and the rhetoric of silence - represented in the implicitating and the delet of
Focalisation.

ABSTRACT The isolation and characterization of (27) isolate of extreme halophilic bacteria was performed ninteen isolate belonged to the genus Halobacterium which included Hb.halobium. Hb. salinarium, Hb. volcanii. Growth curve and generation time in logarthmic phase was measured and found to be (12.8hr±0.32), (11.2hr±0.2), (9.8hr±0.87), respectivaly. Effect of various concentrations of NaCl, KCI, NH4Cl and MgSO4.7H2O was studied, NaCl was essential for the rod shape rapid growth Rat and pigmentation. Less than 1% concentration caused lysis of bacteria. Yeast extract was the best carbone source as compared with glucose and casamino acid.

Cadmium sulfide (CdS) thin films with n-type semiconductor characteristics were prepared by flash evaporating method on glass substrates. Some films were annealed at 250 oC for 1hr in air. The thicknesses of the films was estimated to be 0.5µ by the spectrometer measurement. Structural, morphological, electrical, optical and photoconductivity properties of CdS films have been investigated by X-ray diffraction, AFM, the Hall effect, optical transmittance spectra and photoconductivity analysis, respectively. Radiation treatment has long been the conventional approach for treating nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) tumors due to its anatomic features, biological characteristics, and radiosensitivity. The most common treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is radiotherapy. This study aimed to assess the better quality of radiotherapy treatment techniques using intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and volumetric-modulated arc therapy (VMAT). The VMAT and IMRT are comparative techniques.
