of the interest to behavioral and administrators; this to examine different aspects of the means
and sources satisfaction among employee satisfaction measurement individuals, as well as
examine the causes and dissatisfaction. We've been to reach a range of factors that lead to
satisfaction and considered their presence in necessary mainly to achieve the desired
satisfaction of the employee, plus the loss of these factors lead to development of the
employee in the event of dissatisfaction and therefore reflected on their performance work and
carrying out their duties. Our research is among the young people who need to fill their
different social living pay a lot of them to take a job without competence in the work with a
degree to work at different kind of jobs without their desire or ambitions.
This study was conducted to detect the relationship between organic content in the sediment of Rivers Tigris and Diyala, at two locations south of Baghdad, with some environmental factors and the benthic invertebrates and values of diversity indices. Monthly samples collected from the area for the period November 2007 to October 2008. In this work, (CdO)1-x (CoO)x thin films were prepared on glass slides by laser-induced plasma using Nd:YAG laser with (λ=1064 nm) and duration (9 ns) at different laser energies (200-500 mJ) with ratio (x=0.5), The influence of laser energy on structural and optical properties has been studied. XRD patterns show the films have a structure of polycrystalline wurtzite.
