             Diese Forschungsarbeit versteht sich als ein Versuch zur syntaktischen und semantischen Beschreibung des BereichesFragesatz im Deutschen und Arabischen. Hinsichtlich der bedeutsamen Rolle des Fragefeldes haben wir den Entschluss gefasst, dieses Thema im Deutschen und Arabischen zu untersuchen. Diese Forschungsarbeit hat darüber hinaus das Ziel, die Satzarten, besonders die Fragesätze im Deutschen und Arabischen genau zu erläutern. This work involves separating and studying the aminoacylase-1 (ACY1) of amniotic fluid from healthy pregnant, mainly one peak with higher activity has been isolated by DEAE-Cellulose ion exchange from the proteinous supernatant produced by deposition of proteins using ammonium sulfate  (65%) after dialysis. The purification folds reaching to 19 folds also gave one protein peak when injected into the gel filtration column, a high ACY1 purity was obtained, with 38 folds of purification. A simile is a figure of speech that draws resemblance with the help of the words such as (like) or any other closer in meaning word. The present paper deals with the theme of a simile in the poetry of Khwaju Kermani, a truly great Persian poet. 

Besides being a great poet, Khwaju Kermani was also a fine professor of sciences. He was, also, known by his ghazals in which he imitated and was influenced by two of the most immense poets (Saadi) and (Hakim Sanai).

The search for knowledge, the pursue of studies and interpretation are among the main themes of Khwaju Kermani’s poetry. He uses ghazals to express love and longing in a mystical manner.
