Vector quantization (VQ) method is used to compress the bitmap (the output proposed from the first method (AMBTC)). All the studied groups were carried out to measure anti-tissue transglutaminase antibodies IgA IgG by ELISA test, anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG, and anti-endomysial antibodies IgA and IgG by IFAT.
