Suzanne Collins’ novel The Hunger Games suggests a new logic of victory and set a distinguished focus on the unique personality of her heroin which brings to the mind the permanent correlation between all moral values. The Hunger Games World seems to be much more like one big bowl as it links the past, present, and the future. An Intertextual reference is interwoven in the present research as it brings Golding’s Lord of the Flies to the surface, and it highlights certain similarities between the two texts. In which Ralph, Piggy and Simon in Golding’s Lord of the Flies are the incarnations of stable moral values and hope of surviving ethics and rules in a chaotic and turmoil world. The events in Collins’ book prove that a character is refined and enriched by the challenges he/she overcomes through his/her lifetime. It presents a picture of contemporary life which is characterized by a condensed intellectual and spiritual crisis. The word "Hunger" in the novel is metaphorical; it denotes the uncontrollable need for political freedom, a healthy social system and equal opportunities in life. In the world of Panem's District 12, bread means hope.it represents a survival from hunger. The elites of Panem use hope as a method of control. Katniss embodies the hope of a better world, a liberated Panem.
This study was carried out to investigate the preparation of thermosetting polymeric blend consisting of three adhesive types, namely: epoxy, polyvinyl formal (PVF) and unsaturated polyester. Both of epoxy and PVF were used as a matrix-binder at fixed weight. Whilst unsaturated polyester was used at different weights and added to the matrix so as to produce prepared epoxy-PVF-unsaturated polyester blend. Several experiments were performed at different operating conditions, mixing speed and time at room temperature to identify the most favorable operating conditions. The optimum mixing speed and mixing time for the prepared blend were 500rpm and 5 minutes respectively.

The objective of this study was to evaluation of serum levels of the proinflammatory cytokines IL-8, IL-17 and IL-22 in Helicobacter pylori infection and their association with the degree of gastritis histopathology in a sample of Iraqi patients. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and prove some coupled coincidence fixed point theorems for self mappings satisfying -contractive condition with rational expressions on complete partially ordered metric spaces involving altering distance functions with mixed monotone property of the mapping. Our results improve and unify a multitude of coupled fixed point theorems and generalize some recent results in partially ordered metric space. An example is given to show the validity of our main result.

The present study was conducted on sixty five pregnant women that infected with acute toxoplasmosis, serum samples were tested for detection specific anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgM using the rapid Toxo IgG/IgM Chromatographic immune assay test cassette and ELISA, and fifty healthy married women (not pregnant) as was considered as control group.
