Human resources are considered as strategic fortune for being the main driver of the development wheel in the society, and the field of education and learning is one of the main pillars of this fortune for its great effect in the process of economic and social progress of individuals. I was the subject of education to the concerns of many countries, as adopted national policies . And regional support and the reduction of constraints, so came our study (education hub for human development) to identify the role of education in human development and to identify the obstacles facing the education process and the extent of its impacts negatively on the process of human development also contribute to the knowledge of school enrollment and the extent of its impact on human development, and work to provide the necessary needs and requirements to raise the educational services. And gaining the study of great significance because education is one of the cornerstones of human development, it is also among the important pillars to build a knowledge-based society, it means actors to fight poverty, ignorance and extremism and the reduction of social crises and unrest political and security stability and security as it manifests the importance of this study addressed the phenomenon of development, which means the development of human society, because man is a tool and a very economic development in all its dimensions and political and social classes and trends intellectual, scientific and cultural. The search includes two sections have reached an outcome of the most important: 1 - The results of the study showed that education leads to raise the level of public services in the community. 2 - Results showed that the ratios of non-enrollment of children covered by the compulsory education in schools is very high for both sexes due to the bad security situation and the distance between the home and the school has had a negative effect in the failure of the sons to continue the education process 3 - found that double shifts school and after school buildings and geographical location another reason not to pursue the sons of Education 4 - The results of the study show that literacy helps to achieve material well-being of the community. Also came out ofthe most important recommendations :

Cooperation with the civil society institutions through central and sectoral symposiums for all the parties of the education process and the inhabitants, especially in the areas where schools suffer from high leakage rates, and the adoption of successful methods to address these cases. 2. There is a need to take care of schools buildings, and the availability of basic services in these buildings through the preparation of a map of spatial distribution of schools buildings within the city of Baghdad using the (GIS) system in agreement with the Ministry of Education, Directorates of Education, and Baghdad Mayoralty. The map must include locations of the educational institutions in all the districts of the city of Baghdad to be the base of all the decisions related to construction, maintenance and repair of these buildings, and prepare schedules for periodic visits to all schools in the area to determine their needs for maintenance and sustainability. 3. Increasing the attention to the late students, through the provision of programs for the orientation and educational guidance and opening schools in Iraq for adult education. 4. Improving the educational level in the country, by enriching the curriculums and teaching methods and raising the level of teachers, which hinder the education process. 5. The provision of health services in each school to improve the health of students and children.

A Review on Pressure Transient Analysis in Multilayer Reservoir: South Iraq Case Study
...Show More Authors

Multilayer reservoirs are currently modeled as a single zone system by averaging the reservoir parameters associated with each reservoir zone. However, this type of modeling is rarely accurate because a single zone system does not account for the fact that each zone's pressure decreases independently. Pressure drop for each zone has an effect on the total output and would result in inter-flow and the premature depletion of one of the zones. Understanding reservoir performance requires a precise estimation of each layer's permeability and skin factor. The Multilayer Transient Analysis is a well-testing technique designed to determine formation properties in more than one layer, and its effectiveness over the past two decades has been

A Critical Discourse Analysis Study of Reduplication in Some Selected English Newspapers Headlines
...Show More Authors

The main problem of the current study concentrates on applying critical discourse analysis to examine textual, discoursal and social features of reduplication in some selected English newspaper headlines. The main aim of the current study is to analyze the linguistic features of reduplication by adopting Fairclough's three-dimensional model (2001). This study sets forth the following hypotheses: (1) English headline – newspapers comprise various textual, discoursal and social features ;(2)the model of analysis is best suited for the current study. To achieve the aims and verify the hypotheses, a critical discourse analysis approach is used represented by Fairclough's socio-cultural approach (2001).The present study has examined the use of

Comparative study of vibration analysis in rotary shafts between Rayleigh's and Dunkerley's methods
...Show More Authors

The importance of vibrations in rotating rotors in engineering applications has been examined, as has the best approach to interpreting vibration data. The most extensively used analytical approaches for rotating shaft vibration analysis have been investigated. In this research, a detailed study was made of the Rayleigh and Dunkerley methods due to their importance in the special calculations to find the amplitude of vibrations in the rotation system. The multi-node method was used to calculate both Dunkerley's and Rayleigh's methods. An experimental platform was built to study the vibrations that occur in the rotating shafts, and the results were compared with theoretical calculations and with different distances of the bearings. It pro

A Comprehensive Review of Dynamic Community Detection: Taxonomy, Challenges, and Future Directions
...Show More Authors

In recent years, the evolution of the community structure in social networks has gained significant attention. Due to the rapid and continuous evolution of real-world networks over time. This makes the process of identifying communities and tracking their topology changes challenging. To tackle these challenges, it is necessary to find efficient methodologies for analyzing the behavior patterns of dynamic communities. Several previous reviews have introduced algorithms and models for community detection. However, these methods have not been very accurate in identifying communities. Moreover, none of the reviewed papers made an apparent effort to link algorithms that can accurately detect dynamic communities. This review aims to present a ta

The problem of employing political discourse and its role in promoting community peace: Iraq as a model
...Show More Authors

After 2003, Iraq witnessed new challenges represented by the predominance of sectarian discourses, hatred and extremism at the expense of moderate political discourse and the predominance of sub-affiliations and external agendas at the expense of national affiliation, which led to the creation of an unsafe or stable environment dominated by the character of violence and terrorism. Moderate discourse would work to fuse sub-affiliations into one melting pot in which it would be the first loyalty to the homeland and not to the tribe, party or sect... Etc., and this in turn will contribute to promoting peaceful coexistence between the various other sub-affiliations within the framework of one community construction

Background: In recent years, the prevalence of obesity has climbed sharply. Still, only a few safe and effective medications are approved as weight-loss drugs. Objective: This study aims to assess the knowledge and practice of community pharmacists in Iraq regarding the use of Liraglutide and Semaglutide as weight-loss medications. Method: A cross-sectional survey was implemented using a validated questionnaire and a convenient sample of Iraqi community pharmacists from different governorates. The questionnaire was created after conducting a literature review of the most important articles about liraglutide and semaglutide. The questionnaire consists of three sections. The first part was used to collect demographic information. The
