The subject of multi- ethnics is one of the most important subjects in the study of political
geography, as multi- ethnics and its consequent problems are global geopolitical phenomena
that started early and reached its peak with the beginning of the twentieth century, because of
major changes in the political landscape that resulted by wars and led to the collapse of many
empires and major powers, a matter which led to put new political maps according to certain
considerations of the colonial powers, especially in Africa and Asia. All these things led to
the most serious challenges based on ethnic and sectarian conflict and led to the development
of geopolitical problems. Among the examples what most countries in the Horn of Africa
have suffered from, especially Eritrea, which is considered as a good example for countries
that suffers from multi-ethnic problems.
Among the most important ethnic groups that are related to the problems of Eritrea are the
Afar, Beja, and Altgerin. These three geopolitical ethnics make many problems to Eritrea and
neighboring countries. What increases the seriousness of this situation is the geographical
distribution of these ethnic groups in Eritrea and neighboring countries as shown in map 1.The presence of Afar, Beja and Altgerin in neighboring countries is a problem that has
geopolitical dimensions that affects in the national security of Eritrea as Al- Afar occupies
about 9.5% of the area of the neighboring country of Ethiopia, as well as most land in
Djibouti is inhabited by Alafrien. Such situation increases the danger on security of Eritrea
especially the existence of these ethnics lies in the most important geo-strategic dimension, as
they live in Massawa that lies on The Red Sea and along the coast till the Dahlak Islands,
which makes it among the most important geopolitical challenges to Eritrea. This danger is
not related only to the Afar, but it includes other ethnicities such as the Beja and Altgerin
which extend on the borders of Eritrea and the neighboring countries, and threaten the
security of Eritrea, especially from its neighbor Ethiopia.
The research deals with the principle of the prohibition of international waterway diversion in the law of international watercourses. Abstract
The Umayyad poets tried to invest all artistic tools in order to achieve a measure of creativity in their texts. The phenomenon of visual composition is breaking the familiar writing system, with the aim of increasing the number of possible connotations. The visual in the Umayyad poetry tries to replace it through expression with the visual image, and its manifestations were manifested by the multiplication of punctuation marks in the body of the poetic text and the tearing of the single poetic line by cutting it into several sentences or repetition.

Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. It was applied on a sample of (406) male & female employees of the educational directorates who were randomly selected. Abstract The League of Arab States took many procedures against the Syrian political system, like suspended Syria's membership in the League of Arab States and sent a team of Arab observers headed by Dabi to discuss the situation there and issued some decisions and statements that called the Syrian regime to stop the use of violence and repression against the Syrian opposition.Through these steps, the Arab League has tried to help the Syrian parties to resolve the crisis. However, the role of the league in the Syrian crisis was characterized by weakness in general, and lack of seriousness, which contributed in the aggravation of the situation in Syria, and the intervention of major powers in the internal affairs of Syria.
This study includes the direct influence of (single & multi) dose of Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) on the no. of platelets for mice for different exposure time (15, 30, 60, and 120) sec. the influence of CAP on mice was measured after 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 day from exposure.
The results obtained in this study indicate that the effect of low doses of CAP on platelets was stimulatory effect in the first few hours from exposure (1day) but the high dose was inhibitory, It was found that after two weeks of exposure that the number of platelets became normal comparable to the control one, and this indicates that plasma effect was removed after this period.
