The Child is the first sedum for the human society performing, and we deal in our
research to explain the nature of the mutual relations in between the form and the medicine
social caring foundation. So the motherhood and the childhood nowadays become the most
dedicated in the researchers works, whom interesting in the social affairs, and that whom
work in the medicine field as scientists.
So the child is the future man and must be in wright body construction that need to great
care and interest to make him wright mind through capability of performing anything support
to him.
In our research we deal with the main factors in which lead to infect the child by the
creative malfunction, like the environmental and many other things, it should statistic in
recent research. So our research represent the field study in which interest by the lead reasons
to these malfunctions and other infections that belongs to the children in the preparing
institutes in Baghdad city, in both Al-Karkh and Al-Rusafa, the society sample contain (300)
members from the children whom founded in the state house and in the preparatory institutes.
To achieve the aims of the research and to answer to their inquiries, we select (300)
child whom infected by the creative malfunction from the Social care foundations, to perform
the practical side , the data were collected via the questionnaire form in addition to the simple
notes and interferences and visits to use the statistical forms like the percentage, medium
average, Kia square, and to fulfill the results , the researcher achieved some of theconclusions and that with relations to the statistical leads, between the children of social care
foundation, in both main reasons, further to some recommendations in which required to this
research.

The study aimed to prepare a nanocapsules formulation from the acetonic extract of Moringa oleifera leaves, using polymeric capsules, and test its toxicity against the third instar larvae of Culex pipiens mosquitoes. The leaf extract was prepared using acetone as a solvent, and the nano polymeric capsules were prepared using the synthetic polymer polyethylene glycol 4000. The results showed the successful preparation of nano polymeric capsules from the leaf extract, with an average particle size of 259.2 nm, and a nanocapsule diameter of 263.83 nm, as determined by DLS and SEM analysis, respectively. This study was perform to defined the effect of fungus Metarhizium anisopliae Sorokin with concentrations 5x101, 5x103 and 5x105 spore/ ml and Actelic insecticide with concentration 0.001% in pupa stages of Callosobruchus maculatus in pupa ages of 24 and 120 hours the results of the study showed the following: the highest killing rate of treated pupa in age 120 hours 100% at concentration 105 spore/ ml. observation for distortions in the adult insects from the pupa that treated with fungal concentration like wings and abdominal distortion , the concentration of fungal effect on the number of eggs that production from adults and percentage of hatching.

A novel ligand, (E)-5-((2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylphenyl)diazenyl)-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4- dione, was synthesized through the reaction of 3,5-dimethylphenol with the diazonium salt of 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione.
