Background: This study aimed to compare the surface microhardness (MH) and mineral content of white spot lesions(WSLs) after using bioactive glass (BAG)casein phosphopep-tides-amorphous calcium phosphate(CPP-ACP),and nanohydroxyapatite(Nano-HAP) under pHcycling. Material and method:18 sound maxillary first premolar were used for the study.10 were selected for the vickers microhardness test, For Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis (EDX), the remaining 8 premolar teeth were used, 40 sections of enamel blocks (Four from each tooth) were produced from the middle part of the buccal and palatal surfaces of teeth for MH test while 48 sections of enamel blocks (Six from each tooth) were produced for EDX analysis. Enamel slabs were divided into four groups: control group that preserved in DDW, Nano-HAP, CPP-ACP and BAG group, then were demineralised using 0.1 M lactic acid and 8 wt.% carboxymethylcellulose gel to create artificial WSL. The speci-mens were subjected to a pH cycling regime for 20 days. The remineralisation potential of the specimens was studied by evaluating the surface MH, calcium (Ca), and phosphrous (P) at different stages: baseline, after production of WSLs, and after treatment with different ma-terials. The gathered data were statistically analyzed using repeated measures one-way ANOVA test and the Bonferroni test. Results: The results showed that Nano-HAP had the highest mean values of MH (157.699 kg/ mm2), Ca (50.108), and P (24.840) followed by BAG (MH=147.769 kg/ mm2, Ca=47.408, P=22.285), and the lowest mean value was found in the control group (MH=52.299 kg/ mm2, Ca=35.291, P=17.228). Bonferroni’s and Tukey's HSD test showed higher significant difference (p<0.05) from demineralization to remineralization phase in all groups, except when compared control group with WSL (Demineralization) showed non-significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:all tested agents have highly signif-icant remineralizing potential. Nano-HAP has the highest potential for remineralizing initial enamel caries lesions

The aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of using generative learning model in learning kinetic series on rings and horizontal bar in artistic gymnastics for men ,Also, the two groups were better in learning the two series of movements on the rings and horizontal bar . The experimental method was used to design two parallel groups with pretested and posttest .The sample included third graders at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad ,The third class (d) was chosen to represent the control group that applied the curriculum in the college, with (12) students per group. After conducting the tribal tests, the main experiment was carried out for (8) weeks at the rate of two units per week di

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of crystallization firing on the vertical marginal gap of IPS. emax CAD crowns which fabricated with two different CAD/CAM systems .Materials and Methods: Twenty IPS e.max CAD crowns were fabricated. We had two major groups (A, B) (10 crowns for each group) according to the CAD/CAM system being used: Group A: fabricated with Imes - Icore CAD/CAM system; Group B: fabricated with In Lab Sirona CAD/CAM system. Materials and methods Two experimental etchant pastes consisting of hydroxyapatite and monocalcium phosphate monohydrate were prepared by mixing them with 37 % and 10 % PA solutions, respectively. These were characterized using X-ray diffraction. Metal brackets were bonded to 90 freshly extracted human premolars and assigned to three groups, depending on etchant type: 37 % PA-gel (control) and the two experimental (HPA and MPA) pastes. The parameters of resistance spot welding (RSW) performed on low strength commercial aluminum sheets are investigated experimentally, the performance requirements and weldability issues were driven the choice of a specific aluminum alloy that was AA1050. RSW aluminum alloys has a major problem of inconsistent quality from weld to weld comparing with welding steel
alloys sheet, due to the higher thermal conductivity, higher thermal expansion, narrow plastic temperature range, and lower electrical resistivity. Much effort has been devoted to the study of describing the relation between the parameters of the process (welding current, welding time, and electrode force) and weld strength. Shear-tensile strength tests were performed to ind
This research deals with the effects of welding variables using MIG/MAG spot by using Argon (Ar) gas and CO2 to show their effect on the mechanical characteristics and microstructure of low alloy steel type DIN15Mo3 and determine the optimum condition for the process of welding ; current & time. The results show the possibility of using CO2 and also Ar in low alloy steel welding with a little decrease in the shear force of not more than 13% for 4mm thickness and time 2sec. The shear force increased when using Ar instead of CO2 to be , The shear force reach 36KN when using Ar at 2mm thickness time of 8 sec and current of 220 Amp. , when used CO2 instead of Ar d

Accordingly, the way we view ourselves and the world is basically formed by language use whereby identities, relations, and values are constructed and maintained. Most discourse analysts consider narrative not only the locus of construction and enactment of identity, but also a distinguished genre for its analysis. The present study is concerned with how identity can poetically be informed, hence exploring the way black poets use language when reflecting their identity and culture. The poem, right on: white america by the black American poetess Sonia Sanchez, is chosen to be analyzed based on Simpson's stylistic model (2004). In this model, the ana
