This work aims to introduce the concepts of left and right derivations in an AT-algebra and discuss some interesting theorems of these concepts. Also, a fuzzy derivation of an AT-subalgebra, a fuzzy right (left) derivation ideal, a fuzzy derivation of AT-subalgebra, and a fuzzy right (left) derivation ideal are studied. Finally, a level derivation of AT-algebras is defined and some propositions are achieved.

A study that collected 240 samples and divided into two groups: the first 120 samples were for diabetics and the second 120 samples were for healthy people, and each group included (90, 20.10) samples from the mouth, urine and vagina respectively, The results showed positive (28.67, 4.00, 1.67) isolates of Candida. In the mouth, urine and vagina, respectively, of diabetic patients compared to (9.33, 2.33, 5.00) positive isolates in the mouth, urine and vagina, respectively, in the healthy. The levels of progranulin, obestatin and liver enzymes including ALT, AST and ALP were measured in forty five sera in female patients suffering from CRC before chemotherapy initiation treatment as G1, G2 after first chemotherapy cycle and G3 after second chemotherapy cycle compared with thirty female as a healthy control G4.
