The paper delves into the semantic field to establish sense as an important category within the domain of conceptual or cognitive meaning. Varioussense-relationships that hold between lexical items are linguistically explored. Thesystem of these relationships, asthe paper shows, categoricallyreveals itself in terms of synonymy, antonymy,homonomy, hyponymy, polysemy and colour terms,inthis paper.Despite some overlapping, eachof these items announces its distinctive feature. Thepaper ends with a conclusion that reveals the merits ofalinguistic treatment of these refined semantic aspects.

This study evaluated the antioxidant properties of the solvent extracts of C. excavata leaves and determined the acute toxicity of methanolic extract C. excavata (MECE) leaves in Sprague‐Dawley rats. This study was conducted to study the cytogenetic effect of both alcoholic and water extracts of propolis on mice. Three different samples of propolis were collected from three different regions of Iraq (Najaf, Arbil and Baghdad) to be used in this study. The cytotoxic effect of two different doses of each extracted sample was measured by employing cytogenetic analysis which included (mitotic index (MI), chromosomal aberrations (CAs), micronucleus index (MN) and sperm abnormalities). The study aimed to prepare a nanocapsules formulation from the acetonic extract of Moringa oleifera leaves, using polymeric capsules, and test its toxicity against the third instar larvae of Culex pipiens mosquitoes. The leaf extract was prepared using acetone as a solvent, and the nano polymeric capsules were prepared using the synthetic polymer polyethylene glycol 4000. The results showed the successful preparation of nano polymeric capsules from the leaf extract, with an average particle size of 259.2 nm, and a nanocapsule diameter of 263.83 nm, as determined by DLS and SEM analysis, respectively.
