Anew Solar concentrator have been designed in this paper, this concentrators Were based on the total internal reflection in a prism, the prism angles has been calculated by depending on the solar incident ray angle in baghdad for a year. The optical design consist ofa triangular presume, Where the solar cells on one side of the prism Wh?le the prism head towered the south. The results show that there is an increasing in the solar ray concentrators and the cell area is reduced.

In this paper, a new seven-parameter Mittag-Leffler function of a single com-plex variable is proposed as a generalization of the standard Mittag-Leffler function, certain generalizations of Mittag-Leffler function, hypergeometric function and confluent hypergeometric function. Certain essential analytic properties are mainly discussed, such as radius of convergence, order, type, differentiation, Mellin-Barnes integral representation and Euler transform in the complex plane. The Aldol condensation of (1) with formaldehyde in methanolic K2CO3 solution gave 2-hydroxymethyl (2, 3-O-isopropylidene-D-ribose)(2). Which was tosylated by Tosyl chloride in pyridine to yield compound (3), SN2 reaction of (3) with sodium cyanide in DMSO afforded compound (4). The [2+ 3] cycloaddition reaction of (4) with sodium azide gave the targeted compound (5). The international system that established the United Nations after the end of the Second World War witnessed many changes. These changes overshadowed the nature of the work of the international organization, especially its first and most important executive organ (the Security Council). This has sometimes weakened and dulled the Security Council's role in performing the tasks stipulated in the Charter of the Organization, which has led the Organization itself to work on reforms within it in general and to seek reforms in the Security Council in particular.
