The aim of this thesis is to introduce a new concept of fibrewise topological spaces which is said to be fibrewise slightly topological spaces. We generalize some of the main results that have been reached from fibrewise topology into fibrewise slightly topological space. We introduce the concepts of fibrewise slightly closed, fibrewise slightly open, fibrewise locally sliceable, and fibrewise locally sectionable slightly topological spaces. Also, state and prove several propositions related to these concepts. On the other hand, extend separation axioms of ordinary topology into fibrewise setting. The separation axioms are said to be fibrewise slightly T_0 spaces, fibrewise slightly T_1 spaces, fibrewise slightly R_0 spaces, fibrewise slightly T_2 spaces, fibrewise slightly functionally Hausdorff spaces, fibrewise slightly regular spaces, fibrewise slightly completely regular spaces, fibrewise slightly normal spaces, and fibrewise slightly functionally normal spaces have been extend. In addition, we introduce many propositions related to these concepts. Furthermore, and show the notions of fibrewise slightly compact and connected fibrewise slightly topological spaces. Finally, the concepts are studied slightly convergent, slightly directed toward in fibrewise slightly, as well fibrewise slightly perfect topological spaces, fibrewise slightly weakly closed topological spaces, fibrewise slightly almost perfect topological spaces, and fibrewise slightly* topological spaces. Also, study several theorems and characterizations concerning these concepts.

The Schiff base (E)-2-(((2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl) phenyl) imino) methyl)-4-methylphenol (Lb) ligand with some metals(II) ion such as; Co, Cu, Cd, and Hg, were synthesis and characterized by the mass and 1 HNMR spectrometry for ligand Schiff base, the fourier-transform infrared spectroscop (FTIR), UV- visible and the flame atomic absorption (AA) spectrum, the CHN analysis, and the chlorine content, in addition to measuring the magnetic sensitivity of the complexes. The dye–semiconductor interface between N749 sensitized and zinc semiconductor (ZnSe) has been investigated and studied according to quantum transition theory with focusing on the electron transfer processes from the N749 sensitized (donor) to the ZnSe semiconductor (acceptor). The electron transfer rate constant and the orientation energy were studied and evaluated depended on the polarity of solvents according to refractive index and dielectric constant coefficient of solvents and ZnSe semiconductor. Attention focusing on the influence of orientation energies on the behavior of electron transfer rate constant. Transparent nano- coating was prepared by Sol-Gel method from titanium dioxide TiO2 which has the ability to self-cleaning coating used for hospitals, laboratories, and places requiring permanent sterilization. Three primary colors are selected (red, blue, and yellow) as preliminary study to the effect of these colors on the nano-coating. Three traditional oil paints color were used as base, then coated by a layer of TiO2-Sol and deposited on the paints. The optical properties of TiO2-Sol were measured; the maximum absorption wavelength at (λmax=387 nm), the refractive index (n=1.4423) and the energy band gap (Eg=3.2 eV).
