The objective of this paper is to define and introduce a new type of nano semi-open set which called nano -open set as a strong form of nano semi-open set which is related to nano closed sets in nano topological spaces. In this paper, we find all forms of the family of nano -open sets in term of upper and lower approximations of sets and we can easily find nano -open sets and they are a gate to more study.  Several types of nano open sets are known, so we study relationship between the nano -open sets with the other known types of nano open sets in nano topological spaces. The Operators such as nano -interior and nano -closure are the part of this paper.

The problem of the high peak to average ratio (PAPR) in OFDM signals is investigated with a brief presentation of the various methods used to reduce the PAPR with special attention to the clipping method. An alternative approach of clipping is presented, where the clipping is performed right after the IFFT stage unlike the conventional clipping that is performed in the power amplifier stage, which causes undesirable out of signal band spectral growth. In accordance with epidemic COVID-19, the elevated infection rates, disinfectant overuse and antibiotic misuse what led to immune suppression in most of the population in addition to genotypic and phenotypic alterations in the microorganisms, so a great need to reevaluate the genetic determinants that responsible for bacterial community (biofilm) has been raised. A total of 250 clinical specimens were obtained from patients in Baghdad hospitals and streaked on Mannitol salt agar medium. The results revealed that 156 isolates appeared as round yellow colonies, indicating that they were mostly identified as Staphylococcus aureus from 250 specimens. This class properly contains the class of semi--closed sets and is property contained in the class of pre-semi-closed sets. Also, we introduce and study srcontinuity and sr-irresoleteness. We showed that sr-continuity falls strictly in between semi-- continuity and pre-semi-continuity.
