In Vitro Study of Mutagenicity and Genotoxicity of Some Bacterial Secretions associated with Bladder Tumors Tissues on Human Lymphocytes by Using Blood Tissue Culture Techniques

Background: Cytogenetic studies have been used to assess carcinogenic or mutagenic exposures and effects early in occupational, biological and environmental settings. Bacterial infection has not traditionally been considered asa major causes of cancer. Bacteria have been linked to cancer by two mechanisms: induction of chronic inflammation and production of carcinogenic bacterial metabolites.
Objective: Because of new concepts in relating infection with certain malignancies the present study is performed. Therefore this study was conducted to determine the effects of bacterial products associated with biopsies of bladder tumor on human lymphocytes tissue cultures in vitro. Moreover, if there is any relation between these products for induction chromosomal aberration (CA) and formations of micronucleus (MN).
Subjects and Methods: Chromosomal aberration and micronucleus assay were studied on six identified bacterial isolates of bladder tumor biopsies included 2 isolates of Escherichia coli , 2 isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 2 isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The bacterial products activity for induction (CA) and (MN) were assayed according to the procedure mentioned in the text.
Results: The results showed that each bacterial species have significant effects for induction different types of structural chromosomal aberration (CA) and formation of (MN).
Conclusion: K. pneumoniae yielded high significant related predisposing factor in inducing different cytogenetic analysis followed by P. aeruginosa and E. coli .

Influence of Heat Transfer on MHD Oscillatory Flow for Eyring-Powell Fluid through a Porous Medium with Varying Temperature and Concentration

The aim of this research is to study the effect of heat transfer on the oscillating flow of the hydrodynamics magnetizing Eyring-Powell fluid through a porous medium under the influence of temperature and concentration for two types of engineering conditions "Poiseuille flow and Couette flow". We used the perturbation method to obtain a clear formula for fluid motion. The results obtained are illustrated by graphs.

Studying some mechanical properties of maxillofacial silicone elastomer before and after incorporation of intrinsic pigments and artificial aging

AhR Activation Leads to Alterations in the Gut Microbiome with Consequent Effect on Induction of Myeloid Derived Suppressor Cells in a CXCR2-Dependent Manner

Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) is a ligand-activated transcription factor and 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) is a potent ligand for AhR and a known carcinogen. While AhR activation by TCDD leads to significant immunosuppression, how this translates into carcinogenic signal is unclear. Recently, we demonstrated that activation of AhR by TCDD in naïve C57BL6 mice leads to massive induction of myeloid derived-suppressor cells (MDSCs). Synthesis and characterization of SAPO-11 using carbon nanotubes

The thermal method was used to produce silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO-11) with different amounts of carbon nanotubes (CNT). XRD, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, SEM, AFM, and FTIR were used to characterize the prepared catalyst. It was discovered that adding CNT increased the crystallinity of the synthesize SAPO-11 at all the temperatures which studied, wile the maximum surface area was 179.54 m2/g obtained at 190°C with 7.5 percent of CNT with a pore volume of 0.317 cm3/g ,and with nano-particles with average particle diameter of 24.8 nm, while the final molar composition of the prepared SAPO-11 was (Al2O3:0.93P2O5:0.414SiO2).

Removal of Lead, Cadmium, and Mercury Ions Using Biosorption

The biosorption of Pb (II), Cd (II), and Hg (II) from simulated aqueous solutions using baker’s yeast biomass was investigated. Batch type experiments were carried out to find the equilibrium isotherm data for each component (single, binary, and ternary), and the adsorption rate constants. Kinetics pseudo-first and second order rate models applied to the adsorption data to estimate the rate constant for each solute, the results showed that the Cd (II), Pb (II), and Hg (II) uptake process followed the pseudo-second order rate model with (R2) 0.963, 0.979, and 0.960 respectively. PAPR Reduction of OFDM Signals Using Clipping and Coding

The problem of the high peak to average ratio (PAPR) in OFDM signals is investigated with a brief presentation of the various methods used to reduce the PAPR with special attention to the clipping method. An alternative approach of clipping is presented, where the clipping is performed right after the IFFT stage unlike the conventional clipping that is performed in the power amplifier stage, which causes undesirable out of signal band spectral growth.
