In this paper, we are mainly concerned with estimating cascade reliability model (2+1) based on inverted exponential distribution and comparing among the estimation methods that are used . The maximum likelihood estimator and uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimators are used to get  of the strengths  and the stress ;k=1,2,3 respectively then, by using the unbiased estimators, we propose Preliminary test single stage shrinkage (PTSSS) estimator when a prior knowledge is available for the scale parameter as initial value due past experiences . Klebseilla pneumoniae possesses many virulence factors and survival strategies to persist and overcome host defenses; one of these strategies is biofilm formation. Therefore, the aims of this study was to determine the antibacterial and antibiofilm effect of Rosmarinus officinelis L. essential oil (EO) and its effect on the genes encoding of fimbrial adhesions. The antimicrobial activity was investigated by MIC. The ability to form biofilm as well as inhibition of initial cell attachment and biofilm formation was performed. This search includes the preparation of Schiff base ligand (SB) from condensation primary amine with vanillin. The new ligand was diagnosed by spectroscopic methods as Mass, NMR, CHN and FTIR. Ligand complexes were mixed from new (SB) and Anthranillic acid (A) with five metal (II) chlorides. The preparation and diagnosis were conducted by FTIR, CHN, UV-visible, molar conductivity, atomic absorption and magnetic moment. The octahedral geometrical shape of the complexes was proposed. The ligands and their new complexes were screened with two different types of bacteria.

            The variation in wing morphological features was investigated using geometric morphometric technique of the Sand Fly from two Iraqi provinces Babylon and Diyala . We distributed eleven landmarks on the wings of Sand Fly species. By using the centroid size and shape together, all species were clearly distinguished.  It is clear from these results that the wing analysis is an essential method for future geometric morphometry studies to distinguish the species of Sand Flies in Iraq.

The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.
