The effects of three different additives formulations namely Lubrizol 21001, HiTEC 8722B and HiTEC 340 on the efficiency of VII namely OCP of three base lubricating oils namely 40 stock and 60 stock and 150 stock at four temperatures 40, 60, 80 and 100oC were investigated. This study aimed to explain the relationship between hyperthyroidism and asthma by indicating the effect of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4) on leptin and IgE levels.To determine whether T3 and T4 alters serum leptin and IgE levels, twenty newly diagnosis hyperthyroidism patients,twenty asthma patients, ten asthma with hyperthyroidism patients and ten (healthy) as a control were studied. Serum samples were collected to measure the leptin and IgE levels in addition to T3,T4 and TSH Levels. Background: Cholecystectomy in cirrhotic patients is commonly followed by high morbidity and mortality, the incidence of hepatic cirrhosis has increased since last decade as well as the occurrence of complication such as liver failure, portal hypertension, and biliary disorders.
Patients and methods: laparoscopic Cholecystectomy was performed in 24 cirrhotic patients (18 child A and 6 child B) in an effort to obtain lower complications and mortality rates. The mean age of the group was 51.8 years, ten of the 24 patients were men and 14 female.
