Bone metastases are the main reason for death in males suffering from advanced prostate cancer. This study aimed to create zoledronic acid and graphene oxide conjugation for anticancer therapy. The process of conjugation was confirmed by several characterization methods including UV-VIS spectrophotometry, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and atomic force microscope (AFM). the cytotoxicity of 400, 600, and 800 μg/ml to each GO, ZOL, and ZOL-GO was evaluated on a human hepatic cell line (WRL 68) and human prostate cancer cell line (PC3) using an MTT assay. Background: Acne is a multifactorial disease with multiple pathogenic factors. Many types of therapies are available including systemic antibiotics , choosing the appropriate one depend on the experience of the doctor , side effects , antimicrobial resistance , availability and cost. Although doxycycline is effective and commonly prescribed as first line systemic treatment for moderate to severe inflammatory acne vulgaris , some cases do not respond because of antimicrobial resistance.

Objective: To evaluate and compare the effectiveness and safety of azithromycin and co-trimoxazole in the treatment of acne vulgaris cases that are resistant to doxycycline  in Iraqi patients.

In an earlier paper, the basic analytical formula for particle-hole nuclear state densities was derived for non-Equidistant Spacing Model (non-ESM) approach. In this paper, an extension of the former equation was made to include pairing. Also a suggestion was made to derive the exact formula for the particle-hole state densities that depends exactly on Fermi energy and nuclear binding energies. The results indicated that the effects of pairing reduce the state density values, with similar dependence in the ESM system but with less strength. The results of the suggested exact formula indicated some modification from earlier non-ESM approximate treatment, on the cost of more calculation time

In this work, oral lesions belong to 17 patients, 7 males and 10 females. Their ages range between 15 and 45 years. Follow up was conducted after one day, 7 days, 14 days, one month, and finally 3 months postoperatively. The study lasted for 1.5 year. Surgical diode laser with wavelength of 810 ± 20 nm, with two power levels of 10 and 15 W were used in contact and in non-contact mode via optical fiber. The aim of the present study is to investigate and compare the efficacy of L-carnitine, multivitamins and their combination therapies on semen characteristics in idiopathic male infertility. Idiophathic infertile patients were randomly divided into three groups who had received three different treatment regimens for three months: group A (45 patients) has received 2 grams daily of L-carnitine alone; group B (55 patients) had received the combination of  L-carnitine (2 grams daily) plus one tablet daily of multivitamins (Stresstabs^®); and group C (29 patients) had received one tablet daily of multivitamins alone.
