Objectives: To assess the relation between breast cancer & blood groups, identify the importance of women
age group and the relation of age with breast cancer.
Methodology: The study was performed on (115) women who were diagnosed with breast cancer in different
stages of disease and different ages. Blood samples were taken from them to demonstrate their blood groups and
(20) fresh tumor tissue samples were obtained; the tumor tissue used as a source of lectin for hemagglutinate
with erythrocyte of different blood groups. The study conducted at Baghdad Teaching Hospital and Radiation &
Nuclear Medicine Hospital from January, 2007 through June 2007.

In the present study, the aim was made to identify the relationship between thyroid autoimmunity (TAI) and female infertility. The study was performed on 30 infertile women and 22 age-matched healthy fertile control age (33 ± 5 years). Overall, serum prolactin (PRL), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) assay is the key test for the diagnosis and management of hypo and hyperthyroidism. Anti-TPO Ab and anti-TG Ab were measured. The mean ± SE of serum PRL (31.080 ± 3.06) ng/ml was significantly (P<0.05) higher in infertile group compared with control (16.191±1.36) ng/ml. The heterojunction was manufactured by deposition of CdS films prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique (CSP) on monocrystalline n-type silicon. Aim of the present study was to assess the serum IL-33 level and its relationship with inflammatory biomarker CRP  in Iraqi females patients with celiac disease.  Thirty five patients with celiac disease (CD)  and thirty healthy individuals as control group  were enrolled in this study,their age ranged (20-35) year.Anti-Gliadin IgA ,IgG and Anti-Tissue IgA ,IgG were estimated in all subjects as  diagnostic parameters .ESR and CRP were assayed as inflammatory biomarkers. Materials & Methods.One hundred and ten patients with acute stroke were included in this study 88 patients with ischaemic or infarction stroke and 22 patients with hemorrhagic type ) as well as thirty apparently normal healthy subjects as controls.

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of different doses of Duprost in the liver and blood of albino mice. The current study included twenty one albino mice, obtained and grouped into 3 groups: control (3 mice), acute group (12 mice) and chronic group (6 mice). The acute group was subdivided into 4 groups and each group of 3mice, was given a lonely oral dose of (0.25ml, 0.15ml, 0.1 ml and 0.05ml respectively) for 24 hours.
