The purpose of this study is to compare the influence of three teaching methods, as represented by problem-based learning (PBL), the PBL with lecture method, and the conventional teaching on undergraduate physics students' group work skills among bachelor’s degree physics students. In this study, the pre- and post-test were done and the instruments were administered to the students for data collection. The actual sample size comprises of 122 students, who were selected randomly from the physics department, college of education in iraq.     This work aims to investigate the dependence of gravitational lensing properties on the lens redshift and source redshift.

The angular diameter distance hereafter referred to as ADD has been determined using two different numerical integral methods, Simpson's rule, and definite integral methods. Both of those two methods gave identical results. In addition, observational data of gravitational Lensing systems have been used to find the most probable value of lens redshift and source redshift. The result showed that the lens redshift and source redshift are more likely to occur in the ranges of z_L=0.2-0.6 and z_S=1-3, respectively.

This study included collection of 100 specimens from patients in AL-Kindy Teaching Hospital and teaching laboratories of Medical City Hospitals in Baghdad during the period from August to December 2012 ,these specimens differed in their sources which included 19 nasal swab, 16 wound swab,27 burn swab, 7 pus, 15 sputum, 10 corneal swab and 6 urine . Only 38 (38%) isolates was identified as Staphylococcus. In this study, 29 isolates (76.3%) were coagulase-positive (COPS), while only 9 isolates(23.6%) were coagulase negative (CONS), from total 38 isolates of Staphylococci.
The distribution of Methicillin resistance among Staphylococcus spp. was investigated by disc diffusion method. In this study, 21 isolates (55.26%) showed resistant to
