The ideas and principles formulated by Ibn-Jamaah in the field of education occupy a central place in the historical origins of education for Muslims. These views and principles have an active role in the educational reorganization that the Islamic world aspires to. These ideas have had a great impact on the educational process that had preceded the opinions of Russo, Pestalutzi, Fruel, Herbert, and Dewey. Moreover, we have seen that the Sheikh of Ibn-Jamaah has taken part in formulating the origins of education and leadership.

In this paper some perturbations of a satellite orbit with heights more than 10000 km are studied. The two perturbations are due to the presence of other gravitational bodies such as Moon as a conservative perturbing forces and from the non-conservative perturbing forces such as SRP for satellite with A=5.1 m2 and m=900 kg. The dye–semiconductor interface between N749 sensitized and zinc semiconductor (ZnSe) has been investigated and studied according to quantum transition theory with focusing on the electron transfer processes from the N749 sensitized (donor) to the ZnSe semiconductor (acceptor). The electron transfer rate constant and the orientation energy were studied and evaluated depended on the polarity of solvents according to refractive index and dielectric constant coefficient of solvents and ZnSe semiconductor.
