يعد الاهتمام بأصحاب الهمم مطلب ديني لجميع الأديان ومطلب اجتماعي لانهم جزء أساسي من المجتمع ينبغي ان يحصلوا على فرصتهم وحقوقهم كباقي افراد المجتمع، فضلا عن كونه مطلب تربوي، إذ يعاني التلاميذ أصحاب الهمم من مشكلات عديدة وذلك لا سباب ترجع لخصائصهم وصفاتهم الخاصة التي ولدوا بها أو اكتسبوها بعد الولادة لسبب من الأسباب، لذا نجدهم يعانون من صعوبات في اكتساب المهارات والخبرات الحياتية بصورة عامة والتعليمية بصورة

The research aim is to identify the concept of fair value and its measurement approaches, shed light on the concept of fraud and its forms, motives, as well as how to identify fraud under the fair value method.

I have been using the program package SSPS statistical in the calculation of the research variables, and the research sample was a group of university professors and auditors working in the federal board of Supreme Audit.

This research aims at studying each of the cold and hot thermal wavelengths affecting
Iraq for a minimum climatic course of 11 years beginning from 1992 till 2002. Three stations
were selected including the parts of Iraq surface: Mosul, Baghdad and Basrah.
The wave days were also connected with the related climatic elements represented by
the wind direction and speeds and the relative humidity. It was shown that Iraq is affected by
the rates of hot thermal wave lengths greatly compared to the rates of cold wavelengths. The
results suggested that the highest rate of hot and cold wavelengths recorded over Basra station
was (3.5) days for the cold and (5) days for the hot. While the lowest rates was at Mosul
