Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) has a worldwide distribution and common infections. The presence of HCMV genome and antigens has been detected in many kinds of human cancers. The proto-oncogene Her2/neu is overexpressed in 25% to 30% of human breast cancers and frequently associated with tumor aggressiveness and worse prognosis. Examination was applied to detect different HCMV antigens and to demonstrate their correlation with Her2/neu overexpression in breast cancer.      The paired sample t-test is a type of classical test statistics that is used to test the difference between two means in paired data, but it is not robust against the violation of the normality assumption. In this paper, some alternative robust tests are suggested by combining the Jackknife resampling with each of the Wilcoxon signed-rank test for small sample size and Wilcoxon signed-rank test for large sample size, using normal approximation.       The Mishrif Formation (Cenomanian – Early Turonian) is an important geologic formation in southern Iraq due to its petrophysical properties and geographic extensions, making it a good reservoir of hydrocarbons. Petrophysical properties of the Mishrif Formation in the current study at the Nasiriya oil field were determined from the interpretation of three open-hole logs data of (NS-1, NS-2, and NS-3) wells.

The results of the Mishrif petrophysical evaluation showed that the formation consists of five variable units (CRI, MA, CRII, MB1 and MB2), each one characterized by distinct petrophysical characteristics.

It is aimed to produce plants and cormels in vitro all year round. The study included many experiments, these were the effect of Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and Kinetin (Kin) interaction on callus initiation, effect of Benzyl adenine (BA) on shoot regeneration from callus culture, effect of NAA on rooting after 30, 40 and 50 days in culture. The role of the type of agricultural medium (Peat moss or river sand and their mixture on plantlets survival after weaning was studied. Results showed that the interaction between NAA and Kin induced callus on axillary bud explants. Callus was best ini
