One hundred and sixty samples from saliva and dental plaque were sellected from patients with caries active at ages from (4-65) years from Umm Qasr Primary School and Al-Ameria Specialist Dental Center in Baghdad. 15 isolates belong to Streptococcus mutans were identified by biochemical tests and Vitek 2 compact system while 22 isolates identified by using Polymerase Chain Reaction ﴾PCR﴿ techniques and sequencing of 16SrRNA with 120 bp by using 16SrRNA the result confermed that these isolates were belong to S.mutans.

     Depending on the high resistance to antibiotics, five isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 7 isolates of Serratia  fonticola were selected out of 150 bacterial isolates from burn wards in Baghdad hospitals, which were later identified by VITEK2. A susceptibility test was done by using 15 antibiotics. The research involves examining the influence of partial solar eclipse on the strength of neutral hydrogen from the Sun. Baghdad University Radio Telescope (BURT) was used to monitor the partial solar eclipse on the 25th of October, 2022. Radio observations from the Sun were recorded from 11:30 AM to 03:36 PM. This means that the HI emission from the Sun was recorded before, during and after the event. It was noticed, that at the moment of maximum eclipse, ~ 46% of the Sun’s disk was covered by the Moon. The aquatic Heptageniidae family of Ava-sheen branch (Greater Zab Tributary) in Duhok Governorate/ Iraq was studied. Samples were collected using Surber stream sampler to study their diagnostic morphological characteristics and molecular phylogenetic profile using a nuclear gene 16s ribosomal RNA. The morphological and molecular identification supported that the three species, Epeorus longimanus, Heptagenia elegantula and Ephemerella cornutus belong to Heptageniidae family, while the molecular results also confirmed the monophyletic origin of these three genera.

     A multivariate control chart is measured by many variables that are correlated in production, using the quality characteristics in any product. In this paper, statistical procedures were employed to find the multivariate quality control chart by utilizing fuzzy Hotelling  test. The procedure utilizes the triangular membership function to treat the real data, which were collected from Baghdad Soft Drinks Company in Iraq.
