The locations of the Moon, velocity and distance were determined through hundred years using a modified formula Meeus 1998, which is used to calculate the orbit's elements, Additionally which allows us to specify the possible date for monitoring the crescent moon. In this project we describe the orbits, orbit types and orbital elements than describe the orbit of the Moon and the perturbations effect on shape and direction of the Moon's orbit, the orbital elements effect by the all perturbation were calculated directly using empirical formula. The orbital elements of the Moon's orbit for 1326 anomalies months are calculated by our Q. Basic programs and the time variation of the Moon's orbital element with perturbations can be computed by development these programs. The results get the values of the eccentricity, semi-major axis, inclination, longitude of ascending node, longitude of perigee and the anomalistic period and there variation through many years with all perturbations. The results appear that the Moon moves under balance perturbation forces in other word, with constant mean value through many hundred years.
SGI2 wild type isolate of Sinorhizobium meliloti was isolated from Medicago sativa (alfalfa) plant which was obtained from Al-Tarmiaa region / Baghdad. Nine auxotrophic mutants were obtained from the SGI2 wild type isolate by mutagenesis with Nitrous acid (HNO2). The SGI2 wild type and the all auxotrophic mutant isolates had two Megaplasmids; pSymA and pSymB. No genetic variations in plasmid number and size were detected when gel electrophoresis was done for plasmid profile detection. We explore the transform coefficients of fractal and exploit new method to improve the compression capabilities of these schemes. In most of the standard encoder/ decoder systems the quantization/ de-quantization managed as a separate step, here we introduce new way (method) to work (managed) simultaneously. Additional compression is achieved by this method with high image quality as you will see later.

Lignin has emerged as a promising asphalt binder modifier due to its sustainable and renewable nature, with the potential to improve flexible pavement performance. This study investigates the use of Soda Lignin Powder (SLP), derived from Pinus wood sawdust via alkaline treatment, as an asphalt modifier to enhance mixture durability. Show More The present study describes a protocol for rapid in vitro micropropagation of Albizia lebbeck during the period of October 2007 to October 2009 through nodal segments containing axillary buds. The buds induced to produce a large number of multiple shoots by culturing on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of BA (benzyladenine) and NAA (α-naphthalene acetic acid). The maximum number of shoots per explants was obtained on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was (4.8) after 4 weeks of culture. Excised shoots were rooted on half strength MS medium fortified with 0.5 mg/L either IBA (indolbutyric acid) or NAA alone. The complete plantlets thus obtained were successfully transferred to soil.
