This work is devoted to define new generalized gamma and beta functions involving the recently suggested seven-parameter Mittag-Leffler function, followed by a review of all related special cases. In addition, necessary investigations are affirmed for the new generalized beta function, including, Mellin transform, differential formulas, integral representations, and essential summation relations. Furthermore, crucial statistical application has been realized for the new generalized beta function.

Gypseous soils are common in several regions in the world including Iraq, where more than 28.6% of its surface is covered with this type of soil. The huge magnetic fields of neutron star cause the nuclei of the stellar surface to form a tightly bound condensed layer. In this research some characteristics of polar gap and magnetosphere enclosed the star according to Sturrock Model were illustrated, positrons move out along the open field lines, and electrons flow to the stellar surface as in the related to Sturrock model. The settlement rate and pore water pressure dissipation rate are mainly controlled by the permeability of soil. Both laboratory and field tests show that the permeability is varied during the loading and consolidation process. It is known that consolidation process is accompanied by decrease in void ratio which leads to decrease in the coefficient of permeability. The importance of the decrease of the coefficient of permeability on the time rate of settlement and pore water pressure needs to be investigated.
